they keep spamming me asking me to review a company ive not used in years.

i see you replied to my review asking about my username. this is my point, i never registered with you, i never agreed to accept emails from you, i dont want anything to do with your company.

why do i need to register on your website to stop the spam?

They gave me a gift card for doing a review but they made sure it was a solid review. I have also used G2 to look into different softwares and it’s good for examining which ones are legit and which ones have the best features.

As an insurance business, one must pay G2 to get a cert, to advertise on google. While that is fine, they consistently reject us & won't talk to you. We paid 1k - about - and this is crazy. We have been regular google advertisers since 2012 and are now cut off.

It's method doesn't stop overseas calling centers, etc. And this company is now hurting our business - which in order to apply, you are FORCED to agree that you hold them harmless.

My advice, I'm currently switching to other places on the net to start advertisement accounts for 2026. Please be aware of this company. One PAYS them....and you must do all the work. And if your app is not correct....then you MUST also pay again if you can't get them the information in 30 days.

Update: So after a painful time with them. (And one can't call, no repsonse via email, etc....), we finally got approved. Now they want the SAME PAYMENT MADE AGAIN!!!! for BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - for a 2nd time.

Let me explain: So you walk into a burger place. You PAY for your order & wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. No manager, no nothing. No response. You put in inquiries. No response. Then your order finally comes out about 2 weeks later, and they want you to pay again for the same burger. So, if you paid 600 for 15 states, they want ANOTHER 600 again to get your cert.

YES, THEY ACTUALLY HOLD YOUR ADVERTISING CERT WITH GOOGLE HOSTAGE! UNTIL YOU PAY A 2nd TIME!

This is VERY corrupt and stealing of money. I can't believe Google & CMS are apart of this. And brokers & agents should stand up against this. I'm tired of it.

Moreover, you are providing your information to an Indian company (overseas) - who's customer service doesn't answer - I tried calling. But your bill goes to Belleview, WA. To USA owners.

This is the problem. These overseas companies are taking USA citizens information, and causing havoc in our Health Insurance Industry. And now our information will be sold.

They are also bilking millions, and probably paying cheap labour to the workers overseas.

G2 is a dishonest company with untrustworthy practices. They will send emails enticing you to leave a review in exchange for a gift card and then deny you the gift card after approving and posting the review. In short, they have stolen my intellectual property and have refused any attempt to have the information I have provided removed from the platform. I managed to contact support who initially replied to my email but have ignored any email since which I find kind of laughable because obviously someone gets them, reads them, and I guess deletes them? Why not just respond and tell me too bad, we have stolen from you and that's that.

Every review i personally wrote got moderated as "written by AI" and despite me rewriting it multiple times, it still got flagged as "written by AI". Support is impossible to reach, the help page just loops back on itself. The chatbot is also no help, as it provides instructions to use the support page that loops back on itself. I could not find any way to contact support to appeal my case.

So, I've been battling wich software to use for organizing my work and life together, create a system where everything is syncing and connecting. And I got recomendation from a colleague of mine to check out reviews on G2 as a lot of people shares their experience over there, so I could research options more closely.
Unfortunately I seem to catch some servers glitch or whatever, so my email is like Schrödinger's cat
right now.
I'm both not a user and my email is registered.
I cannot contact support, because I need to be registered in G2 system. I got only confirmation email from their system wich obviously, wouldn't read any my letters.

G2.com is a scam. I was told that I would receive a $30 gift card for filling out a review. I carefully filled out the review and made sure that I provided all of the information that was requested. A few days later I received a generic email telling me that my review was not approved. Save your time because this is a total scam.

G2 made it super easy to leave a review as the prompts were great and asked all the right questions! Leaving feedback can sometimes be vague, however good questions lead to accurate and useful reviews.

G2 identifies honest reviewers and selects the true reviews for their customer

They asked me to fill out multiple reviews for gift cards, and then after long review forms they email me and tell me I am not eligible. This is a terrible spam site that never lives up to its promises

Spent an hour making a review and days later it got declined without a valid reason. Scam to make people give them reviews for free and promising stuff that they never even intend to give away.

"Our moderation team was unable to verify your identity based on the information you provided. In order to maintain a high standard of quality, we only publish reviews written by users whose identity can be confirmed."

Funny, how I'm verified on LinkedIn that I used to write the review, and all the other major social sites with the same name, even here.

They're also trying to remove any negative reviews and spam more positive ones as you can see by the bots writing on this page. Pathetic.

They rejected a review saying I didn't provide a business email address - even though I provided a business email address (and it was that email address they sent the rejection notice to!)

Don't trust their reviews of software if they can't get their own software working right!

Update to reply: I opened a support ticket and it was ignored.

These guys are nothing but scammers. Twice now, I answered an email offering a voucher for a review, and posted it within minutes of receiving the email.

3 weeks later, after repeatedly requests from me asking about the voucher, which were initially ignored, I then receive an email to say "oh sorry, you had missed the boat on this one and were too late"...

They must think we're stupid.

Scambaiting. And against all decency and advertising laws.

Will be taking this further.

UPDATE: 11/03/24: My response - pretending that you don't have a record of my complaint, despite having 3 conversations on ticket (Request #228995) is just pathetic on your part, and just adds to the scam that you're running here.

Sends emails begging for reviews in exchange for Amazon gift cards.

Once reviews are complete, an email is sent to the user explaining that they're not eligible for a giftcard, based on previously undisclosed terms.

My advice would be to avoid at all costs.

They delete negative reviews and practice censorship, probably a russian company or something. Anyways, its a waste to use their services as a business since they wont give real feedback.

La velocità nel completare ed inviare la recensione per essere idonei alla ricezione della gift card non è specificata ne sul titolo del post, ne tantomeno in maniera chiara quando si inizia il sondaggio.
