This website is dodgy they sell Fortnite accounts that are corrupt and don't tell you that you have to share it with about 20 people.Dont bother trying customer service to ask for your money back as they ignore you.Sellers add you on social media which is very strange. Any positive feedback on here is the company themselves and fake.STAY AWAY from this site you don't get what you pay for and then left out of pocket.Take my advice or you will end up like me a victim of this site.

I have a huge concern with the G2 moderators that is rather upsetting. I have 5 reviews that has been moderated, the one was even declined. BUT they all had the exact feedback. 3 of the reviews was regarding software I utilised whilst working in the corporate company ending 2017. I indicated this as it is one of the review questions and yet...I am told "Unable to Verify Use"...my use of the product, they requested additional screen shots of the different screens utilised. If I told you I don't work there anymore, how do you suggest I go get this screen shots from my former employer? One of the other reviews for Lucid, you want me to give you screen shots of the project interactions, I informed you this platform was used both internally as well as with some of my clients, POPI act dictates to me and cannot give you the screen shots as my clients info as well as strategic planning is displayed BUT, I have yet again sent you a screen shot of my account and highlighted the various platform I utilised and you still not happy to approve my reviews. I was under the impression that G2 need our help to review soft ware based on our knowledge and experience???????? I guess Not. This is really such a disappointment because completing this reviews are time consuming. and yes...you may not approve my reviews, but really not approve it. Do not "not approve" my reviews using the same response as if it was the same product that was reviewed. To be honest, your responses seem to be a little AI but most of all either lazy or trying to save cost and not reward my reviews

A dishonest company that will reward you with an Amazon gift card for every review you write. It worked for me 3 times, and then I wrote another 5 reviews that were never validated, but remain on the site anyway, so I've wasted my time. I'm told that they can't verify my professional use, even though I've sent a thousand proofs, the names of my clients, examples of translation projects, my professional software licence number and even examples of emails exchanged with my clients. This site is a total scam, don't contribute to it!

EDIT: added following G2's response. I have already contacted your customer service department many times and they have never clearly explained to me why my proofs of use were not accepted. It is therefore pointless trying to contact you again. If you want to solve the problem, do so and contact me with a real explanation or validate my reviews instead of asking me to contact you again.

I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s handling of feedback incentives. They clearly advertised that a gift card would be provided for leaving feedback, with no mention of any stipulations. However, after taking the time to complete the questionnaire, I received an email stating that my feedback wasn’t submitted quickly enough to qualify for the gift card. This wasn’t just my experience—several colleagues had the same issue. The lack of transparency and misleading communication is dreadful. It’s frustrating to feel misled after investing time, and I would expect better from a company that values customer feedback.

My company uses G2 to request that our customers leave informative and legit reviews about our platform. This helps our prospects make informed decisions and compare us with our main competitors. G2 filters the reviews so only people that have actually used our platform have their reviews approved.

They offered a $20 incentive for writing a "honest" review on Loomly. I spent a good fifteen minutes writing the review that was grammatically correct and thoroughly had 4-5 pros and cons.They rejected the review.

I was skeptical from the start because the review money comes from the company being reviewed and the legal print says that reviews must be reviewed before payment. Think about that a minute.

How can you build a website, like G2, where you pay for reviews and get a cut from the companies being reviewed if you allow negative reviews????

The people who posted positive reviews and were compensated by G2 with a gift card wrote positive reviews about the company being reviewed. So G2 is a one-sided story when a company PAYS for "honest" reviews.

The only negative reviews on G2 are ones posted outside of compensated company reviews.

Never touch G2 software they are doing email marketing sending junk mails. Who's use email marketing? SCAMMERS DO.

Scam company! They send you emails to write review for vendor promising a $10 to $25 incentive, while nothing is sent over ever. After filling one of these out, they continue to send these unsolicted emails. The vendors just wants false positive UNTrustworthy, do not rely on this platform, rely on trust pilot.

They'll send you unsolicited emails sold to them by vendors products you've purchased. They'll tell you you can get $25 for writing a review if you're the first x people. You write a review and you get jack, probably because the $25 gift card had exceeded the limit years ago. F this company.

UPDATE: I can't type my email here, Trustpilot blocked it. If you're able to find my Trustpilot email, then you should be able to check your system for marketing campaigns that sent email to me. I don't believe I had to register an account to write the review, I just clicked a link and started typing my review. At this point, I can't even find it, there are too many to look through to find mine and trying to log in with a G2 account I created years ago results in a message telling me my account doesn't exist.

I also wrote another review on your platform years ago for FogBugz (hence the existing account) only to find out you needed to verify my employment after I already submitted the review. So, I didn't get any money for that one, either, because I'm not going to give you my work email just to submit a review. Really, just a misleading experience overall.

If English is not your first language and you use tools like Google Translate or language models to correct your grammar, your review will be treated as if it was written by AI. G2, it's 2024—people use AI to improve their grammar! Focus on the content, not the form. Otherwise, you'll end up with a website full of grammar errors!

Offer gift cars in return for reviews but keep rejecting reviews i posted about a year ago. After contacting support many times during that time, they ask for more personal details each time, looks like data mining to me.

Avoid at all costs!

G2 reviews are total scams they give users a chance to earn a gift card for writing a review and then reject the review by giving any reason and do not remove the review from their site in this way they cheat the users. Most reviews on their site are totally fake, provided by people who give counterfeit reviews just for the gift card. Even on the trust pilot, I can see many counterfeit reviewers have rated 5-4 stars to G2 but they deserve no more than one star.Do not trust review on G2 and 5-4 star reviews on trustpilot of G2 all are fake

extremely unhappy with this company. There is no way to talk to an actual person, I'm stuck in an endless email loop from their support email that continues to direct me to their faq, which doesn't help. My issue requires an actual person and they refuse to respond. They are paid by businesses to only approve fake /bot positive posts. If you leave a critical review of a company, they will not publish it because they can't "verify" you, even when you provide all the verification asked.

Amazing company with even more gracious employees who humanize their customer base on an individual basis based on their prolific necessities.
