Ordered a pack of 4 uprights with connectors, received 1 upright no connectors, they wouldn’t send me the rest as they “couldn’t break a pack” I had to take a refund and reorder, so I did guess what they sent me? Yep one upright and no connectors… what kind of Mickey Mouse operation is this?

2 orders, both orders the company messed up. First order: 10 days after the estimated delivery date, it had not been dispatched. I opened a case, and they dispatched 1 shelf that was the wrong size instead of the 3 I ordered. I had to open a return to send the incorrect item back, it's been over a month, and they still have the £100 I spent, and I have just wasted time to show for it.
Second order: I ordered 3 black shelves and received 1 blue one. there is no option but to return the item and carry it down to the post office. I made the order because i was waiting to return the wrong products from the first order. I only ordered again as I wanted the shelves to match the ones I already have. Customer service is outsourced, and the complaint is just forwarded to the warehouse that ships the items (Or doesn't). Don't waste your time; you won't get what you ordered.

Order taken when product not in stock, very poor almost no communication, questions not answered, no advice on restocking date or alternative product.

Came back a a repeat customer, not again found another supplier

I ordered twice and both times my order was canceled even though the item was in Stocka. I do not recommend it.

2nd time of trying to order and 2nd time no stock only wanted 4 racks each time

Ordered racks, 2 days after cancelled.
Emailed to ask why an out of stock item was still being sold, no answer.
Great racking, very poor customer service.

Allowed me to order (twice) two sets of shelving. Both orders subsequently cancelled after payment as not in stock
If it's not in stock I shouldn't be able to order it

Just good stuff easy to assemble prices are little high sometimes more than I want to pay but do pay this is my third purchase

Fast delivery, very clear website and pricewise they are the market leaders. Quoted £7 plus for similar items on eBay, so for £3 it was a no brainer and the quality is phenomenal

Took order, charged twice although I did get refund. Waited 4 weeks for delivery, made several enquiries as to where my order was and ignored.
Received email after 4 weeks cancelling order as insufficient stock, laughable.
Then had to wait for a refund.
Ordered previously from company via ebay and had no problems but that was some time ago, seem to have taken a nose dive since.

Difficult to review something that hasn't arrived and when so-called customer service takes an eternity to respond

Second time ordered, paid, and after delivery date they said they were out of stock and this was the second time, i think they are a terrible company

Trying to get in contact with customer service and like shouting into a cave.

Awful - delivery should have been provided by 11/Mar and was relying on this for a project- no communication about delay, no service , no reply to emails.

I ordered a part for my shelves. It never came. I message and they said they would resend. It never came. I asked for tracking many times and they never gave it to me. They said they were sending for a third time.. they said it was sent..it never came. I emailed again.. then they said it was out of stock anyway and refunded me. This all took about a month. It was a lie too as the next day I bought the part I needed from their eBay site and it came. Frustrating experience. I don’t appreciate having my time wasted.

Great value with a Valentines Day discount code. Order was initially delayed but good customer service got this resolved in the end. Very happy with the assembly and the finished product.

Not received the order yet??

Ordered some corner brackets took payment on the 6th of February but have yet to receive the goods tried to contact the customer service number but have been unable to get hold of any one out wouldn't recommend using these out right thives

This is not only the best racking I have ever had,it is also the best value for money.It is easy to assemble and as solid as a rock.

Racks was very reasonable priced and very easy to put together
