I can’t emphasize how amazing our experience with Curtis and future family was. It is a complicated time in a persons life. Curtis handled the whole situation with compassion and care. Future family had a reasonable rate and terms on the loan making it an easier decision. I recently sent pictures of my daughter to Curtis as well because of the connection we made during the process. Future Family is a really great organization that really cares about their clients. I was asked to have an active H1B visa for the entire duration of the loan term. Looks like Future Family supports only Residents/Green Cards. H1b (H1B visa at least 2 years validity) holders, so apply Future Family application if you have visa validity at least 2 years else your application will not be approved.
Not a great experience!

I could not be happier that we chose Future Family for our fertility loan. We are just beginning the process, but Curtis is so helpful and patient. He has taken what could be a stressful aspect (finances) of an already stressful situation (infertility) and made it as worry free as possible. Future Family far exceeded our expectations for fertility financing and fertility coaching. We were provided a phenomenal rate for our loan and had great communication throughout the entire process. We also felt the added bonus of the included fertility coaching was extremely helpful and encouraging throughout our journey.

Future family has been great for our journey. We went online and started the loan process and Jackie contacted me with in a few hours. After such a hard time with everything related to infertility it seemed to be bad news on top of bad news. Jackie came to the rescue with her positive energy and answered all the questions I had. We are just in the beginning of our IFV journey but Jackie has been the first glimpse of light we have had this far. Our fertility coach (Stephanie) was fantastic, well worth the money and made our entire IVF experience much smoother and pleasant. She was available for all forms of electronic communication, and always responded within her working hours. Our loan specialists (Curtis) made it very clear exactly what our options were, what the loan details were, and walked us through every step of the process, and assisted us when we needed to increase our loan size. We always felt like we were dealing with friends that genuinely wanted the absolute best outcome for us through our IVF journey. We would highly recommend them, and will be returning in the future for our next IVF round!

Not only is FF's mission important and amazing, but their customer service is unparalleled. They're so personable and helpful. I've had such a great experience with them so far! Simple terms, plenty of support, and I love the fact that they have RN's who can help you with medications, etc. Amazing company and support system!

Ryan T has been with me every step of the way. He is timely with his responses, knowledgeable, and very personable. The IVF process is stressful and emotional all on it's own. Going through this process and needing additional funding support, makes it that much harder and can sometimes make you feel as though the clinics do not understand. Ryan has been very understanding and has made me feel supported throughout this process. He is detail oriented and works to ensure I understand all steps.

Stephanie is my nurse and she too has been very supportive and helpful. The ability to send a text to either one of them and have a response within 12-24 hours and sometimes less, has been beyond helpful. Stephanie checks on me regularly and always asks for updates.
I couldnot have done this without the two of them. We are weeks away from transfer and I am so grateful for their support.

Stephanie was the most amazing on call nurse. She was kind and informative and answered at any time to talk me off the ledge when things happened. Having her in my back pocket was priceless. So grateful!

The personalized attention was so helpful when I felt confused or did not really know what to ask the doctors. My clinic was very handsoff and I often would reach out to the fertility coach for additional support. The financing piece is phenomenal. It was nice to know that I could get the financing even with using my insurance. They disbursed fast and they worked together with my clinic so there was no delays. I am overall very satisfied with the process.

Finding a loan to help with IVF was scary until I spoke with Ryan T. from Future Family. He helped with every question that came up and advocated for us in several ways. I knew if there seemed to be a problem I could email or text Ryan and I would get a response the same day usually within the hour. That is so rare in todays automated world. He made us feel like people trying to have a family and not a loan #. Thank you for your positivity and outstanding support.
