Whitney took the time to personally communicate with me, listen to my concerns, and provide the clarification I needed. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. What started as a frustrating situation ended on a very positive note because of the way she stepped in and addressed my concerns.

10/10 Experience so far!
Everyone who has been through IVF knows it can be very overwhelming dealing with all the different entities that need to collaborate. The clinic, the labs, the pharmacy, financial department etc etc. But Future Family made it a lot less overwhelming. This has truly been a seamless experience so far! As soon as I reached out for pre approval, Alexis L. reached out and we set up a quick 15 minute phone call. She was super warm, helpful and gave us the information we needed to make the best financial decision for ourselves. She wasn’t pushy or sales pitchy. She sent an overview of our conversation and next steps as soon as we were off the call. Once we decided to go with them, Alexis was super responsive, answered my questions along the way and quickly sent us each new step as soon as the last was completed. The loan was approved and money available within 24 hours of the first interaction. And I was able to call and get my medication through the pharmacy immediately after the loan was approved. 10/10 experience so far!

Rachel my nurse was so helpful when I had any questions day or night. I would 100% recommend their services and I’m beyond grateful for Rachel who helped me through some hard spots during fertility. Definitely gave me peace of mind having her readily available when I needed and having her check up on me after major milestones.

Rachel has been in my corner since day 1. I don't think I could make it this far without her advice and guidance. We need more nurses like her. Jackie, who helped with our finance could not have been more exceptional. She truly made each step of the financing process feel easy, reassuring, and she is so knowledgeable! Her compassion is unmatched. We also have had the added benefit of a wonderful nurse with future family, whose knowledge and expertise has made such a stressful time significantly easier by being able to simply text her any questions.

Stephanie was amazing to work with. Her guidance and insight helped ease my anxiety so many times through this journey! Sometimes my IVF clinic took days to respond to questions. I only had to wait a couple minutes/hours for a response from here. It is a wonderful service provided and I hope everyone is able to utilize it the way I did.

Nurse Rachel is more than worth it (she’s 5 star)
We felt there could be slightly more transparency about the “Baby or your money back”. We thought this was included based off phone calls we had, not a separate thing to purchase afterwards. Overall the staffing is great and the process went very smoothly.
At first, we did not think we needed a nurse and boy were we wrong. Rachel Cox was our nurse and was AMAZING. Very attentive and caring. She remembered my appointments and would check in on me to see how they went and would explain further what they are looking for, possible outcomes, etc. Our clinic only did videos for injections/medications and Rachel took the time with us to go through all of them, how they work, what they do, things to look at for. This was beyond helpful. She did things for us we assumed our clinic automatically would and genuinely cared. If I could give this woman a raise myself I would! Thank you thank you to Rachel for being such a god send through this process!

Rachel is an amazing nurse! She walked me through my entire cycle, from STIMS to egg retrieval and transfer. She always answered my questions promptly and made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. I am incredibly grateful for her help and highly recommend her!
