Sold a car to us, first day it came up with faults and was un-driveable. Spent a whole week at the garage, we were told there’s nothing wrong but also told “it’s all fixed”. Picked it up again and 30 mins later exactly the same thing happened. Returned the car and walked away from the deal, they refused to give the car we part exchanged back and the “Boss” doesn’t deal with customers but rules the roost and cannot even resolve issues directly with customers. Ray’s MOT & Bodyshop that the dealership are in partnership with, are just as bad…

Was dealt with by Doug, he was excellent and can’t fault him at all, car was in pristine condition and nothing wrong at all would defo recommend

What a marvellous bunch of lads. Splendid service given to me by team fusion on my car. My finance was not getting approved by other car dealership but they have helped me alot on my case. Got a kia rio from them and it is upto the mark serviced properly with new brake pads and disc.

Promised me a fresh mot which was also done by them. Highly recommended

Travelled all the way from Scotland on the basis of images and information from Darren that the car was “Mint” and “you’ll love it” only to be met with what i can describe as one of the worst cars i’ve seen! All alloys were kerb damaged, the rear 1/4 panel was dented and damaged, more worrying it clearly had been involved in some sort of bump as the front o/s head lamp was pushed back & the bumper was damaged! I was advised that it only just happened….. take that with a pinch of Salt! I would avoid at all costs any of their vehicles! The place needs shut down for their shoddy behaviour and vehicles!

Got my kia sportage 68 plate. It is spot on very nicely presented ready to drive away on the day of collection. Even the staffs here are nice polite and knowledgeable they know what they are selling

I payd holding depostif £100 for car , check all information inc pictures , on 22nd Feb I drive with my mate to Grays to see car over 2h ech way , we was told to wait in cold werehouse or go to gwr coffe , after over 1h they arrive with car but it was not like on pictures , with several dent on body work , demeged bumper , berlingo was messi inside etc , so car was not redy for salle , I was told that deposit will be send back to me on Monday 24th , today we have 3rd of March they dont even replay to my emil , so like I seed in my email today I soke with my bank and with police

The Volvo XC60 i bought was delivered 27/1/25 it was dirty including the engine bay and has numerous faults on it. I arranged for repairs and missing parts like cap on bumper and parcel shelf to replaced which are missing. Also faults on the car are squeaking on rear suspension engine under power message on dash and engine warning light on, parking sensors going off for no reason and i doubt that the promissed service and polen filter have been done either. I have cancer and the stress of this car is affecting me. They are going to take the car in again on 6/2/25 to do repairs but i dont hold out hope.

Bought a ranger from here was a few bits I wasn’t happy with which they got sorted before i collected did have an issue when looked over by a mechanic friend after collection but they paid to have repaired where it was to save my bringing it back overall they was all pretty helpful but Darren is who you want to deal with and who you want to ask for if your looking for car

The customer service was second to none, these guys really know their cars. I needed something for my wife and kids so a nice 7 seater. Fusion showed me the options they had. Test drove a few and the rest is history. I highly recommend these guys, fair on price and really know their stuff

Re reading reviews just wanted to clarify and add to all negative reviews to confirm this company are nothing but fraudsters liars and do nothing but steal from people and sell people dangerous cars. We looked at the act we wanted to purchase in 17/8/24 we didn’t get the car until the 3/9/24 this was due to my partner being very on the ball and asking for minor repairs such as door handles and the bonnet lever. A day after picking the car up the car went back the next day as it would not start. We paid ourselves to get it back to them as they would not help unless the car was with them. Three times within 6months the car has gone backwards and forwards. We have been forced to pay for work, not given paper work, Not seen a single “ warranty” paper work agreement although we paid extra for a longer warranty. Any work carried out we have has to pay for as the car is out of warranty and have no proof of this being done. The manager has used the car like a personal car while it’s been in there, He has even asked for reviews to be taken down. Hence another one being written. Yes that would be Darren. Wonder if one of the pictures i have is of your home address , which our tracker was picked up while you were driving it ? I would not recommended anyone used these cowboys. We have three children and have been left dangerous car ?

Doug was extremely helpful, kept me in the loop. Always was at hand to answer any questions, super friendly and guided me through all aspects of getting a new car.

Bought a mini worst thing I ever done. They can give it all the talk and sales talk, car will be have a full pre delivery check which clearly means nothing they simply cheaply buy cheap and patch up cars to get them sold. Unless you’re a professional and can fully check car yourself then everything will just look fine. When I had my own check done I was told “sorry to say but it’s not road worthy” contact Darren and Doug, Darren become rude and intimidating and Doug to scared to say a word. Darren says he’ll call you back never happens, ignores all calls.

SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE BAD REVIEWS. They pay for reviews so wrong companies doing this and deceiving customers.

My delivery fee back £337 and my admin fee back it £199 so out of pocket by £536 lot of money so would not touch them here some pic x I like my money back I was sold faulty goods
