If your looking to purchase an unroadworthy motor, then these are your guys! Sold me a Ranger that was unsafe & dangerous to drive, took it to a mechanic & it had multiple issues with it, literally broke down the day after I bought it, returned it within 4x days & he had it back up on the website the next day, clearly it hadn't been fixed, so god help the next buyer. Absolute cowboys running a quick turn around dealership with zero concern for customers safety looking at the other reviews I should have listened more to the bad feedback rather than hoping for the best & thinking they were exaggerating, well we're NOT, go somewhere else guys it's not worth the hassle & stress

Darren was ace! From start to finish Fusion Motors was super easy to communicate with, they are honest and get things moving quickly, clear info given, no messing about or pushy like sone places can be! Really top bloke.

Darren was mint he was all over everything, if I had any questions he was informative and clear, was not pushy in the slightest and made me feel very comfortable. The lad that delivered the car was polite, professional and even parked the car on the driveway for me, spot on service.

You can trust this company 100%, I’ll be honest I don’t ever leave reviews but this deserved one.

They also work with a great finance company, who are equally as brilliant as them, this company does not “bend you over” and they give you a very fair deal, couldn’t be happier.

Sold a car that ia completely unfit for purpose to a family with a new born baby!

Said would change timing chain before purchase then said had been checked and didn't need changing. So didn't do it! No proof of other works needing doing being completed.

Within 2 weeks of owning car tubo blew up. Not fixed with genuine Landrover parts. Caused further problems. And now have had a approved Landrover garage appointment at it and they have advised the car has more problems than what is worth and will not be covered by warranty.

Communication with the garage has been abysmal! Never call back or reply to messages.

Now going to trading standards to attempt to get the money back.

Please avoid and listen to the reviews. I wish I had before we purchased.

Now left with 4 children in the middle of the holidays with no car!

It was an amazing experience purchasing my new car. Dough listened to what was required and found a lovely car that suited my requirements. He made the experience very easy to purchase a new car and I was very pleased with the new car!

I purchased a ford ranger in May. This took around three/four weeks to be delivered due to 'issues' with the vehicle. (Alarm bells). When eventually delivered I thought I had a vehicle of suffice quality, little did I know!
After having the vehicle 1 month major issues became present.
A major oil leak of which me and my daughter had to wait four hours on the road for recovery. After getting this vehicle to a garage they told me the sum is rotten, clearly a patch up was carried out before the purchase (sumps don't go rotten on one month)
The engine light for drivetrain was also present. This garage said it needed a ford specialist.
After ford checking the vehicle over the issues were astonishing I list.
Two leaking shock absorbers
Faulty battery
Leaking intercooler
Rotten sump
AC broken (sold with AC!)
How did this pass the MOT? No advisories no previous fail before pass consideration and oil leak and leaking shocks??! Hmmmmmm fudged come to mind 🤔.

My business has now been without this vehicle for 7 weeks and this ordeal has cost me £0000's already with the likes of hire vehicles etc. this has now cost me no ends of stress.
All I have asked of this garage is to pay for the repairs and they are clearly not replying to ZUTO. I was hoping on writing a good review for good aftercare but clearly not the case. Guys you still have a chance to redeem yourselves so do the right thing. The ball is now rolling with citizens advice, trading standards and the financial ombudsman service.

This is my experience of Fusion motors, I purchased a BMW in February 2024, I viewed the car it required some attention but I was told to drop it back and they would do it.
It required 2 new tyres the oil light was on and it had scuffed wheels. I bought it on the condition these items were fixed.
I had to drop it back to the garage to have these repairs it was about 60 miles round trip.
After they had carried out the repairs 2 weeks later I was told to collect it, on arriving I noticed it had a dent in the back which wasn’t there when I dropped it off. So I didn’t take the car and went back empty handed until this was fixed. By this time I hadn’t really driven the car only a short test drive in 30mph areas.
After collecting the car another 60 miles, I noticed on the way back a vibration underneath so I dropped it to a local garage which told me it had buckled wheels. I then contacted fusion motors and I was told I could have done this! Really … After a bit of a discussion they agreed to take a look. So I dropped it back another 60miles. I then waited 3 weeks for them to sort it out, they gave it to a 3rd party to sort out after an inspection the car had 3 buckled wheels, makes me think was the car even inspected properly. I was told to collect the car on bank holiday Monday I arrived at 3pm to collect the car after having the work done and no one was there ! I had travelled with my wife and 5 year old to collect as pre arranged and no one was there this journey took nearly 2 hours ! On the Tuesday I told them I wanted them to deliver the car as I wasn’t going up and down any more. It was delivered on the Wednesday. This would have been the end of it but alas no …. The car was delivered with an extra 450 miles on it , no fuel damaged front number plate and 3 out of the 4 wheels have chips on them I’m not sure where to go from here. My experience was not good, to me they were just interested in the money and selling the car, I had lots of trouble getting them to answer the phone when there was a problem and no one would phone me back. When they delivered the car back they didn’t even spend time walking round it with me to make sure it was ok , literally dropped the keys and ran saying I have a driver waiting must go can’t stay. Extremely unprofessional and this was the guy that sold it in the first place.
If it was me looking at cars again I would AVOID at all costs…… , I now have a half done car which I will get sorted out locally by professionals at my expense.

The service was on point. i bought a civic which was in excellent condition. Making my future purchases from the same place!
