The muscle and joint oil has changed my life!
Using it after a bath before bed, ensures I don’t have to take pain killers (which is groundbreaking as I have a EDsyndrome that makes my joints very uncomfortable) It Works out knots and trauma like nothing I’ve ever experienced - this family run business knows what their doing!!! I recommend anyone new to Ayurvedic and alternative routes of healing our bodies to always come to Fushi.

I had a free sample of the Really Good Hair Oil with my first order. This stuff is amazing! I have brittle, frizzy hair but after putting this oil on my hair overnight it has transformed it, I can’t quite believe how wonderful it is! My hair is now shiny and smooth and easy to manage. Needless to say, I’ve ordered a full size bottle!
I also dealt with Greeshma regarding my order and have to say her customer service is excellent. Great company and great products. If I could give more stars, I would!

I’d heard such good reviews about the oils that I thought I’d try them myself so ordered the castor and frankincense facial oil. Unfortunately due to Royal Mail leaving my parcel in a bin and not letting me know, I never received it but the bin man did. Fushi asked me what I thought of their product and I told them what happened. They went above and beyond to help, even sending me another oil out so I wouldn’t miss out even tho it wasn’t their fault I didn’t receive my parcel. I now have my oil and I love it, it’s top quality. Just like Fushi’s customer service. So thank you. You’ve gained a regular customer.

I love Fushi products, specially Aloe Vera and Turmeric juices. I don’t know any other company so genuinely committed to making natural products with high-quality, farm-sourced ingredients and no unnecessary additives, all at a fair price. They also helped me quickly and kindly when I had an issue with my subscription.

Beautiful products. Sadly one of my bottles was smashed in transit, but Fushi replied and sent a replacement within 24hrs. Great service.

Fushi Wellbeing I’ve found to be quality products, that I have been using for skin & hair with the add benefit of being reasonably priced compared to equivalent skin/ hair products. Did have an issue with one of the items that was delivered to be broken and because most of their products are in glass bottles which I feel is another sign of quality. After following up with them from their website and sending a few photos of damaged item which was done in transit they replaced it straight away. Can’t recommend trying their products enough.

This is such a wonderful company. The products are extremely high quality, organic, sustainable and ethical and the prices are very reasonable because they are not a greedy brand. The oils are safe, gentle, pure & luxurious on the skin and I noticed a difference immediately. I had a question and they responded immediately with such good advice. The founders are high value individuals. I genuinely wish I had found this brand years ago.

What started off as an unsure verdict, has turned into an extremely pleasant experience. I ordered some products from Fushi, and at first thought I had been given a faulty product. When I emailed regarding my problem, my complaint was handled perfectly by very kind staff who were very prompt to not only resolve the issue at hand by sending me a replacement for free, but also went the extra mile to inform me on how and why the product is the way it is. I must say the quality level of the service and products provided have blown other companies out the water! If you are looking for a trustworthy company to source your skincare products, this is it!
