Fushi’s Vitamin E oil
My Mum who purchased the Vitamin E oil rates it highly.
Using the Vitamin E oil has improved my Mum’s nails. Prior to using the oil, her nails were breaking. After using the oil daily for approximately 2-3 weeks, there has been a marked improvement. The nails have also grown quicker. The oil has also been used on the hands & face & the skin feels nicer & softer as a result.
Also, prices are good, & queries are promptly responded to with thorough information.
Keep up the great work Fushi! I will keep returning!

I'm a repeat customer and have tried a variety of their products. I have sensitive skin and hair, but their products work really well for me. Great quality products, along with swift and polite customer service. Please keep up the great work!

Customer service is not always great; but my biggest issue was the £10 increase in price to my Saw Palmetto subscription.

I had this on subscription paying c£13 per order plus pp.

All of a sudden my subscription increased to £26+.

When I queried this I was emailed back quite promptly saying an email had gone out to alert customers to the price increases.

This wasn’t an accurate account of what happened. An email saying “last chance at current price” or something along those lines came out with zero information about just how much of an increase there would be.

Totally underhand and unethical.

I was told that due to cost increases blah blah blah….yeah I’m buying a bottle of tablets not a tank of gasoline. That sort of price hike is disgusting. And completely taking advantage.

I did however get a refund when I asked for it and cancelled my subscription.

Would never order from them again due to this approach.

Customer service has been great! Products are lovely too.

I have found Fushi products exceptional. They are of the highest quality and really work. I been using them for a long while. Also they are packaged with real care making opening the parcel feel special because of that care. Additionally their team is extremely helpful and prompt in replying which is a massive bonus in these times.

I'm 66yrs old and received a joba joba oil as a sample after purchasing the melon oil which made a huge difference in skin on legs. I used the joba joba oil on dry skin on face and found it helped and so contacted fushi to ask what evening routine they would suggest for my mature skin. I already use another company's products in the morning and told them but they weren't pushy to try and get me to give up the routine I use but instead we're very helpful suggesting products that compliment what I use. I will certainly be ordering what they suggested as soon as I finish up my existing products. They were very prompt at getting back to me and I would certainly recommend them.

I have made an order of number of products (which I am only about to use) ,however, a post office who was delivering my package claimed to deliver it, and it was not, I contacted a company after two weeks …as I was not sure what was happening . Honestly,I have written to them two sentences , not fluffy or too much explanation, they replied to me straight away and immediately helped me to solve it ,without dragging me through too much pain. And redelivered my order promptly! Thank you so much for your help and products! I wish many companies were like this and used real people to solve problems and not AI!

I have a few subscriptions with Fushi and love their products . I recently had an issue which was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Excellent products ive used many of the oils over the years castor oil,raspberry oil, jojoba, rosehip.
I am 63 and have very few wrinkles. Just bought the hair oil and shampoo conditioner so I'll review once used the smell is beautiful customer service is excellent also .thank you

I recently emailed Fushi asking what the percentage of carrot oil was used in their Wild carrot oil. As I noticed sweet almond oil was first on the ingredient list.
Their response was they couldn’t inform me as it’s confidential. Haha well that means there’s deffinitely not much carrot oil in there then. Will be looking elsewhere for my carrot oil and will not be using this company again.
