My wife revisited the Chelmsford store to order our furniture.

We were met by Karunaker, who fully explained our options plus additional items available including damage insurance.

He also explained the benefits of finance, how the sofas would be delivered and fitted into our lounge.

We felt thoroughly happy with our experience today and would recommend to others.

I had a great experience today . Sales Consultant Karunaker took time to explained clearly about my order , delivery date, installation , insurance and care of the furniture . I was reassured and happy .

Made contact months ago about my new chairs that turned up with the wrong legs, the leg that was supplied have broken and damaged my floor trying to get an exchange is turning out to be a bit of an issue so I have requested for both chairs to be replaced fully by no one not just the leg now it’s gone on for way too long

I arrived late on a Sunday afternoon and was greeted and helped by Patricia.
She was really helpful i had seen on line what I wanted. She was very efficient and I didn't feel at all rushed.
The whole process was very thorough and I look forward to receiving my new sofa bed.

We went in store just to get an idea for our living room and Patricia came straight over to offer her service (and a coffee)

I was warmly welcomed into the store by Patricia, who introduced herself and asked if I was looking for anything in particular or just browsing. After explaining my needs, she began showing me furniture which met my requirements, which was great. Other stores had left me to trail around trying things which did not. Patricia provided all the information Necessary, without being pushy, and allowed me plenty of time to make sure the furniture was really comfortable. Having taken a fabric sample book home, I returned a couple of days later, and asked if I could spend 30 minutes just relaxing in the chair to make sure it was really comfortable. ( I have major spinal problems so this was essential) This allowed me to confirm my choices.
Patricia was brilliant throughout the whole process. I never felt pressurised into buying something, was given all the space needed to make a considered decision, and was delighted to be able to order a chair and sofa which are perfect for me. She is a credit to you. Thank you Patricia. I’m really excited about my purchases and looking forward to their delivery. The Recycling opportunity you provide for unwanted goods is brilliant, and very important in these days of needing to protect our environment. Well done.

Visited the Chelmsford store on 27th June to select a new suite, we were helped by Tammy, a very helpful and polite assistant, she made the process really easy plus gave us a very good deal, highly recommend this store.
