I bought these for my daughter but I think they may be too hot for her to use! There seems to be no way to use them with out risking burning yourself! Hopefully practice makes perfect!

The order came within 5 days but the items were not the ones ordered and they had charged me twice. When I called they rectified the payment error straight away an we're apologetic but I am still waiting for the correct items to be delivered.

I was sent an e-mail to confirm my order then another to let me know my order had been dispatched. I received my curling tongs two days later. I am happy with my curly hair lol!

I ordered hair straighteners on a Tuesday and did not recieve them until the following Monday! The delivery info on website states 2-3 working days so I waited in for 3 days for an item that didn't arrive til the following week! When it finally did arrive the box was damaged and had very obviously been opened before it reached me!after spending £120 on a product I expect a speedy delivery and a top notch condition product and unfortunately did not get either! Product works well but overall very disappointed! Won't be shopping here again :(

citylink are terrible carrier. If i knew you used them I would have bought elsewhere. They attempt a couple of deliveries without really giving you chance to be in. Then they make you collect from depot miles away and send back in 5 days. Terrible.
