Item missing from Order and no one will help me!
I placed an order after hearing many good thinks about ordering directly from Funko rather than using third parties like Amazon etc.
I placed my order without any issues and when the package was received I was missing a Funko. As soon as I realised that I was missing an item (granted I left it a couple of days before opening the box which is something I take responsibility for) I went to the Live Chat function on the website. Unfortunatley this is just an AI chat.
I explained I was missing an item at least 3 times and the response I received was that I need to recheck the box to make sure I hadn't seen it.
Eventually I was able to raise a Case to be reviewed as there is no way to speak with a physical agent online. I raised this case and waited patiently the 3-5 working days with no response.
I have been back on Live Chat again today only to have the same poor service I had the first time. No option to speak with a physical agent and only the option to raise a Case to investigate the Case.
So now I have to wait 3-5 working days for someone to pick the new case to investigate the original case.
Had I ordered the exact same items from Amazon and one of them was missing I would have had my query looked at and resolved; but instead I have been waiting a week to start the whole process again.
This is very diappointing!

I ordered on the 22nd of November and the item was supposedly shipped out on the 30th. I’ve had no updates since then and the items I’ve bought are Christmas gifts that I highly doubt I’ll ever receive. No contact from customer service at all. I’ve raised multiple tickets and have had no response to any of them. It’s been over 2 weeks since it was “shipped”. I wish I’d read the trust pilot reviews and Instagram comments before hand and not bothered. To think this is a huge company? How embarrassing. Sort your customer service out!!!

Ho acquistato dei Funko Pop per un regalo di Natale il 29 novembre 2025. Ad oggi 15 dicembre 2025 il mio pacco risulta non essere ancora stato spedito. Ho contattato molte volte l’assistenza ma mai una risposta. Il corriere DHL dice di non aver ancora ricevuto il pacco. Non riesco a mettermi in contatto con l’assistenza e non riesco ad avere un rimborso. Questa è una vera e propria truffa! Come posso riavere almeno i miei soldi se qualcuno lo sa mi faccia sapere.
6 weeks waiting for my order and still no sign of it…
I ordered a Pop Yourself on 02/11/2025 as a Christmas present for my son, and still waiting for delivery.
I messaged the company in November, received a tracking ID on 26/11/2025 and the latest status is “Still Awaiting Carrier Pick-up”. I paid €52 for the item including €6 for shipping, and there’s no sign of it 6 weeks later. I messaged customer support a week ago now, and still no response. I will be contacting my bank to try and get the money back, and will never buy from Funko again.
Horrid customer service
Horrid customer service! DO NOT BUY FROM THE FUNKO WEBSITE!! They do not value you or your order. You will be wondering for weeks if it’s even going to show up and sometimes it will and sometimes it won’t. DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE, USE A DIFFERENT ONE. I do not recommend and will not be buying from again.
I've absolutely had it with Funko
I've absolutely had it with Funko. My order was made on 24th November and the items are still marked as not shipped. I am very unhappy that I've had no response or communication from them whatsoever, and that there is no one to speak to or a way to complain further.
Even if I get a refund, the items are a lot more expense to buy elsewhere and I've wasted so much time trying to get a resolution. There is never an agent, no matter what time of day I try. I can't get my items, I can't get a refund, I can't speak to anyone to get anything resolved. What am I meant to do? I am deeply frustrated and unhappy with Funko.
Ordered a custom funko for a coworkers…
Ordered a custom funko for a coworkers leaving gift on the 1st a November and they've still not shipped it. Customer service just kept giving me a generic response about how it should be shipped after 10 days but it's well past that now and they don't even bother responding now. The coworker has now left the company and I've apologised multiple times saying it should be coming soon.

Your support ticket system feels like a black hole that customers queries fall into to die. My product arrived 3 weeks later than it should have and, contrary to the comment from one of your team that everything was "as it should be", the creation of 3 separate support tickets didn't merit one single response. An auto-reply doesn't count-it needs human interaction.
The first sign that I wasn't going to have to take Funko Europe to court came from DHL 2 days before my package arrived. Service wise, relying on a third party to hopefully be your customers first contact is shockingly poor in this day and age.
There are too many unwritten (and written) rules of Customer Service that you have failed to even recognise that, had I the power and responsibility, I'd shut your office in a heart beat and have the US complete the work. However, after my recent experiences, I doubt you could find a salary large enough for me to consider running your operation properly.]
I should have checked TrustPilot first, and you should too, since it shows the real story. Your agents are scared to face problems face on, you don't acknowledge when yo have got things wrong, and once you've got payment, customer might as well scream at the wind for all the good it would do.
I truly hope you do some, anything, to improve your service as a reaction to my feedback. You can contact me either by phone or email if you want to talk it through. Being realistic, however, you probably read the first two lines of this feedback, realised it wasn't focused on how good your product is, and you'll ignore this like you have the countless other before me.
Here's hoping you grow a spine in the meantime.

Ordered item 3 weeks ago, still says item not yet shipped, numerous messages through that AI bot, keeps giving me a case number and no one ever follows it up, I’m gutted I didn’t look at all the previous reviews, they are stealing peoples money and getting away with it, This company needs to be investigated….and soon!

I wish I read these reviews before placing an order on funko.com. I placed an order on Nov.23 and it never arrived. I wrote them multiple emails, filled out the online "contact us" form as well as chatted with the Ai bot and still no response almost 3 weeks later! At this rate, I just want a refund. Any suggestions on how to get through to them?!

Hi Guys, I have the same type of story as everyone else I'm afraid. I purchased a Funk yourself doll on the 20th November last and theres no sign of it. I contacted support, same story, road to nowhere. It is disgraceful that so many of us have been ripped off in the mouth of Christmas. My daughter is an avid collector but this has gone a step too far. It has occured to me, we don't stand a chance as individual customers, so I would suggest that we all group our complaints together? We cannot allow this company to commit fraud on this scale. Does any one have any idea;s on how we might allsign up together in an online petition or similar? I just feel we stand a better chance as a collective?

Absolutely horrendous customer service! I really wish I’d had seen the reviews on here before purchasing directly from Funko.
I ordered 3 items and had the confirmation by email. Got an email a few days later saying that 2 items had been dispatched and any other items will follow as a separate package and should receive the other item within 10 working days.
I have been back and forth for the last 4 days and they just say they can’t do anything without a picture and a 360 video of the box to show the missing item?
They never shipped the other item so I don’t understand why they need a video of the box showing the missing item?
In good faith and as per their email stating the other item would follow shortly, the items were removed from the box and are wrapped ready to gift at Christmas. Some of these items aren’t cheap and like most people will be gifted but this company simply has no compassion or understanding.
They refuse to check their systems and won’t even acknowledge their emails which I forwarded back to them. No matter how many times I explain they never shipped the item they simply cannot grasp that the fault is on their side.
Even when stating legal action they just ask for the photo/video.
Avoid buying from this company directly! Had I have known it would be this much of an issue to receive an item I would’ve purchased elsewhere.

Terrible I never received the item and paid £80. I reported this was asked to sign a declaration which I did and they said they would investigate with the delivery partner and get back to me. It’s been 2 months and I’ve sent over 10 emails with no response can’t get a refund or the item sent so they have robbed me of £80 stay away don’t buy from them
Awful experience
Awful experience. Ordered the alien Earth sheep with alien eye, it was dispatched on the 21st November, it’s now the 11th of December, still not turned up, tracking no longer gives a date. Contacted Funko five times, no reply what so ever. To add to it, ordered a bunch of stranger things Funko, which actually came… with one of funkos I ordered missing! Great. No wonder the company is going the down drain honestly. What a scam. If you wanna order funkos, stick Amazon or trusted sites. Funko is scam with no customer support what so ever, save yourself the stress

Placed an order on 20th November. Tracking still says awaiting carrier pick up. Have contacted carrier and Funko. Carrier said it's still with Funko. Have sent emails and tried live chat. There is never an available agent on live chat and my emails have gone unanswered. Cannot get any support at all. AVOID completely!!!! Would not recommend and would give 0 stars if I could
Order lost and no help from Funko
Placed an order on the 25th of November. Still has not been delivered and tracking states it was undeliverable in Dublin on the 29th! I don't live in Dublin... not even in the same country!! I have tried contacting them numerous times with no response and that AI bot is useless! These are not cheap items and were meant as a Christmas gift for my daughter, who will now be very disappointed Christmas morning as from reading other reviews I hardly think this will get sorted. I have been a loyal customer to them for a few years but I will never use them again! Customer service is non existent!

My order hasn't been delivered
My order hasn't been delivered. They delivered someone else's "Pop yourself ". I've emailed them numerous times but no reply. I wish I'd read all the reviews on there before I ordered. If you're thinking of ordering with funko - dont! Stay well away from them.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods that are paid for must be supplied in full. Since the order has not been delivered, this constitutes a breach of contract. I will be following this up through the appropriate legal channels.
Absolutely awful company, do not use them!
I would give zero stars if it were possible. My item has not been delivered, and Customer Service has not responded to any of my attempts to contact them. The chat service disconnects, emails go unanswered, and there appears to be no reliable way to reach support. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods that are paid for must be supplied in full. Since the order has not been delivered, this constitutes a breach of contract. I will be reporting this matter to the appropriate authorities for further investigation.
