French Toast Recenzje 

I ordered six pairs of shorts from French Toast online and never received them. When I tracked the order UPS said the order could not be found. I reached out to French Toast as I need these shorts for school next week. I was told UPS tried to deliver but couldn't find my home (which is bull because UPS delivers weekly.) French Toast told me I needed to reorder the shorts and pay again for them and that they would refund my money once UPS returned the shorts to their facility. They could not give me a refund until UPS returned the shorts nor would they ship replacement shorts unless I paid again. They couldn't even estimate when I could see a refund to my account. Looking at other reviews I see I should have spent my money elsewhere. I will not be ordering from French Toast again! The only reason I am giving two stars is because the price and quality of the performance shorts are fairly decent when purchased on sale.

Twice I have placed order for multiple colors for uniform paints for my grandchildren I need Navy and beige. They send Navy only. I attempted to return the navy for the beige that was in my original order and they want me to pay to return the item and exchange it for the right color. I think they have more of one color and they switch my order to reflect only the navy and when I insist on having both colors they try to get extra money out of me. I think that the schools that require uniforms need to take note of the bad reviews this place is getting, and find someone else to refer us too. I do intend to let Legacy Traditional School know what has happened to me twice and I have looked elsewhere to purchase uniforms for my grandchildren.

Absolutely terrible ordering system. Their website froze while ordering. My order then got duplicated. When I called to cancel less than 5 minutes after ordering they stated they cannot cancel an order once it is submitted I would either need to wait and return one or call my bank and cancel the payment. Terrible!

poorest quality, once you mentioned that you want to return the item, which is offered in the accompaniying document of the order (but you need to get in touch with their customer service), the customer service doesn´t answer your emails. DON´T BUY and DON´T LET THE NICE WEBSITE FOOL YOU!

Absolute dirt worst scam company. I have placed 3 orders over the last few months because they are the only ones my daughter’s school contracts with. And every single order, they have canceled 75% of what I ordered, but still have no problem charging me shipping to send me one or two items. I have ordered 16 things from them and I have received 4 items. Scam company and I wish that I had literally any other option for my daughter’s uniform polos. Seriously considering just being non compliant with the uniform policy and sending her in plain blue polos cause screw this company.

I think this company is not even worth 1 star but cannot put less.

Ordered a pair of earrings in August. Never received them. I have received no follow-up, and no response to my refund request.

Won’t let me return two of the three items I need to return. The two items are completely useless as they fit no one in my family. The third “allowable” return they charged $8 for return shipping and took it out of the money I should have gotten back. Making my refund almost nonexistent. Absolutely awful company! It’s a scam and they are stealing from people. If you make an order and make a mistake-call them to cancel immediately- they won’t do it. You have now purchased “monogrammed nonreturnable items”. You made mistake and they won’t cancel at all. They will move forward to complete the order and send to you-even though the ORDER WAS JUST MADE. The company is located in VA. The customer service is in Brazil. The items are made in Sri Lanka. And French Toast had “no ability” to cancel or change an order once made. And if items don’t fit. You can’t return them because they have monogrammed letters. Absolutely a scam. If French Toast is a global company. And make money globally-Don’t you think orders can be changed or canceled within minutes of order. At least! Let’s support companies that support customers. French Toast is a bad company.

If it's feasible, I'd be willing to lower my rating further due to their abysmal customer service, exorbitant prices, subpar quality, and their refusal to accommodate order cancellations or changes. Avoid purchasing from this company.

Schools force you to use them to order gym uniforms and they are ridiculously
slow. I got an email 2 weeks ago that said my order was on it's way, 2 weeks later I get another that says the same thing. It's been over a month. A bought a shirt and sweat pants it cost me over 50 bucks plus shipping. They are terrible.

AWFUL. Order items 7/19/23. Was told they were shipped via UPS. UPS have no tracking label. It said exception. Called customer service, was told they were going to ship out the next day. Got an email stating it's been sent to embroidery. Today is 9/13/23. I hate this company with all my fiber.

Plz don't buy anything from this website. Pathetic customer service

While placing my order, I was fully made aware of the time that embroidered items would take. On the website and the order confirmation email, the time span was indicated as 15-18 business days. This order was placed on 8/7/23. I received an email on 8/15/23 reading in the subject line, “we’re putting the final stitches on your order”. That 8/15/23 email was very misleading, because, as of 8/30/23, I have not received an email notification of shipping. I called customer service on 8/28/23 and 8/29/23, and was told that my order was actually ready on 8/22/23, but wasn't shipped. I was then connected to a supervisor who said that my order wasn’t ready on 8/22/23. One customer service agent said my items were in VA, and another customer service rep stated the items were in GA waiting to be shipped. This is so confusing and frustrating. So far, I am not happy with my initial customer service experience with French Toast. This is my daughter’s first year at her new private school and she has no uniforms for her first day of school on 9/5/23. I’ve been provided with inaccurate information through various phone calls with customer service reps. On 8/30/23 was the 17th business day and still, no information for shipping has been provided. I will certainly be voicing my concerns to my daughter’s school. I believe that French Toast DOES NOT have the resources or staffing to handle the incoming orders within a timely manner. Still no information on shipping as of 9/5/23. This is unbelievably frustrating.

Horrible customer experience. They ship the wrong product and even after repeatedly contacting them, they provide no updates for 3 weeks. Would never ever order again.

Pathetic...very long waits..ordered on Aug-2 ...today Aug-31..not delivered...it had embroidery but even then it should not take this long....Pathetic customer service where they dont have any update on your order...just the generic statements...no intension to help....cant even change the delivery method to express...NEVER EVER ORDER from french toast.

If I could give them Zero I would. I ordered uniforms for my granddaughter with the expectation that they would ship in 2 weeks (including time for embroidery). At the 2 week mark I contacted them and was advised that the order had not been processed and they could not tell me when it would be shipped. Two days later her parents changed schools to I tried to cancel the order only to be told that they refused to cancel it. Now I'm stuck with $300 worth of useless clothing. I understand that there needs to be established cancellations policies but in situations like this they should be more flexible.

Extremely disappointed with the level of service received. Despite being aware of the busy period, the lack of transparency regarding the estimated arrival time is simply unacceptable. Needless to say, I won't be recommending this website to anyone based on this deeply unsatisfactory encounter.

Did not send me what I ordered then ask her to resend and it’s been over a month and still have not received my correct product that I have paid for already. Every time you speak to somebody they say they get back with you in 3 to 5 business days which is not true my products were supposed to be delivered within 7 to 10 business days and it’s been a month and still have not received it. Poor customer service shame on you you should do better.

So sad that their uniform shirts cost more but not good quality. After waiting extra long, I thought my twin girls shirts were very soft and I liked them. But after two washes I saw the material already had little balls and looked way more worn out then the other shirts I have purchased from other store like Children’s place or Bealls. Do yourself a favor, and buy them else where and find another embroidery place. Children’s place is less expensive and better quality, also sell on Amazon.
