Very reliable online service was requested to leave review

This refers to their outlet in Braintree. I had an item to return which was purchased i thought in a store. Therefore, they said they couldn't exchange.
However, my daughter phoned to day actually it was from an outlet. The manager was apologetic and asked her to send me back.
The manager was excellent, so apologetic but it was partly my fault.
She gave me the refund voucher, explained how to use it online, put it in an FC envelope so I didnt lose it and also emailed it to my daughter.
She is an absolute credit to French Connection- thank you

When I visited the retail park I had a mooch in the French Connection store and saw two members of staff, who seemed to be under the impression they were being discreet, when bad mouthing their colleagues.
I felt very uncomfortable shopping in a store where it’s apparent members of management or even senior members of staff would carry themselves as an active bystander, allowing this sort of behaviour to be conducted, let alone it being carried out on the shop floor for all (customers and most likely other members of staff) to bear witness to. This is a very unprofessional manor and represents the store itself and the brand poorly, whilst reflecting the disgustingly abysmal attitude of the lower and higher management team including the total team. This form of bullying shows a toxic work and shopping environment which has discouraged myself from wanting to return, as well as other friends and family, let alone people that might be considering ever working here.

As always Jill from Cannock was fantastic! She really does go above and beyond for customers ☺️ She helped me style my outfit together and knows just what would suit you!

Did not like item ordered so returned for a refund. They received my return 10 days ago, still no refund!!!!! Other companies refund much, much more quickly!!!! Won't order again

It was good to try two different colours of same dress (good for sizes too) without paying for both.

Did the try before you buy. What a fantastic idea, especially when you’re unsure of your size and what suits you. Will definitely use it again

Great item. Ordered 2 for sizing and used Harpers try before you buy to limit financial impact.

Customer service was incredible. So nice to actually speak to a person when trying to sort out an issue. Actually have a contact phone number! Hat was delivered squashed - but had it all sorted with return and replacement in less than 5mins.

I have work a French convection navy pinstripe suit roughly 4 or 5 times now.

Upon getting the item dry cleaned (at a trusted dry cleaners) the interfacing in the suit has come apart. I was informed this is likely due to cheap clue being used in the suit to hold it together.

I reached out to customer service to rectify the issue but was ignored, I then reached out again and was told there was a ‘technical issue’ with my previous email being lost. I replied to that email and once again I have been ignored.

I’ve offered to send the suit off the French connection so they can see the clear manufacturing issue but they don’t seem to care.

The suit is unwearable now due to the damage, complete waste of money if the quality of manufacturing and customer service does not improve!!!!
