Très déçue le logiciel pour créer le logo est bien et interactif .
Sauf que si on veut conserver notre logo en format de qualité il faut payer 37.$ pour chaque logo
Un peu dispendieux je vais acheter un logiciel à la place et faire mes propres modifications à volonté

Si vous conservez le même modèle et n'apportez que des modifications mineures à plusieurs versions de votre logo, nous offrons la possibilité de mettre à niveau l'achat d'origine une seule fois. Cette mise à niveau vous permet de modifier la couleur, l'emplacement, les polices et le texte autant de fois que vous le souhaitez. Les modifications seront enregistrées sur votre conception d'origine, mais vous pouvez télécharger les fichiers entre les modifications. Ce package comprend également des fichiers dimensionnés spécifiquement pour les profils de médias sociaux.
Vous pouvez également contacter notre équipe de service client à help@freelogoservices.com à tout moment pour vérifier les promotions ou les remises en cours.

Pura estafa
La empresa online FreeLogoServices son unos estafadores y sinvergüenzas. Para cobrar son muy rápidos. Para cumplir son unos mierdas. He recibido mis tarjetas a DOBLE cara, bueno mejor dicho a una cara, mal impresa. La segunda cara que pagué 17 euros por ella, viene en blanco. ESTAFA TOTAL.
Se esconden tras mensajitos automáticos, pero no dan la cara. No voy a recuperar el dinero que me han robado, de eso estoy seguro.
pero sí les voy a poner una denuncia en CONSUMO por ser unos ladrones

The subscription has been cancelled and the domain will expire in July if you choose not to renew. We can transfer it out if you would like. Cant speak to anyone and take well over 24 hours to reply
My email has been hacked and I can still receive but cant send. It has been like this for over a month now and all FLS keep saying is that I need to delete emails, and change password. I have and I know I don't as emails are still coming through. When its full they don't come through, it happens a lot. Makes sense doesn't it! My other employee's accounts are fine too. After emailing them numerous times to be fobbed off constantly. And this is only after 3 days when I have had to chase them 3 times. Last they said they were waiting on Gandi, another horrendous company where you can not speak to a human. And they'd credit my email charge for 2 months. Wow. How helpful! Not. Gandi are saying its FLS that needs to sort not FLS are saying its Gandi. I am seriously at the end of my tether. If I have more of a clue about domains, email providers/hosts etc when I set up my company I would have never had come to use this company! Now it looks like will have to change all my website and emails as they own the domain and if they sell it to me they'll probably want to further rip my eyes out. Please steer clear if you want a helpful professional company to deal with.
Also worth mentioning writing this review is the last resort as I have heard nothing back from them after 4 emails now! Over the past week.
UPDATE - 1 hour after I wrote this review I can now send emails! Funny that

We attempted to charge the payment on your newly updated payment method, and unfortunately, it looks like the bank/financial institution is rejecting the charge. You can try another payment method or contact your bank. We'd also recommend double checking that the billing address and postal code match as sometimes that causes a rejection to occur.

Très très déçu car il est impossible de…
Très très déçu car il est impossible de joindre le service client. Pas de téléphone, pas d'email, juste un formulaire de contact mais qui ne fonctionne pas sous IOS car au moment de valider le formulaire rempli, en cliquant sur "soumettre", celui-ci ne fonctionne pas. Impossibilté de les joindre pour un problème de facturation.

Waardeloze site, je geeft goedkeuring voor een visitekaartje om in productie nemen, en waardoor je dan ook gelijk betaald.. eenmaal in ontvangst gekregen, blijkt dat het kaartje erg flets is en de titels op de snijtand staan. Na een klacht gestuurd te hebben, krijg je slechts 15% korting op je volgende bestelling.. nou bestellen doe ik daar nooit meer. Lieve mensen, betaal iets meer, en koop hier niet

Opzich zijn de logo's redelijk. Ik heb als onwentende, beginnende ondernemer hier mijn logo gemaakt en tevens ook mijn domein en websitebuilder via hier. Nu is er een probleem ontstaan en werken mijn website en email niet. Geen telefonisch contact mogelijk en alleen maar wazige e-mails van verschillende medewerkers. Ik krijg ook niet de indruk dat ze zich bezorgd maken over mijn probleem. Mijn advies: laat je e-mail, website en logo maken door iemand die er verstand van heeft. Of laat je op z'n minst goed informeren over de mogelijkheden van de klantenservice.

Would give zero stars if possible. Someone has created an account with FreeLogoServices using my credit card. I've explained this in 10 different emails. Unless I can give the email address and details on the account that was created, they will not help me. Since I did not create the account, I cannot provide. They are continuting to charge my credit card regardless.

Thank you for reaching out. Our support team does have to verify all billing information and some account details before being able to take action on an account. However, if you dispute the transaction through your financial institution as fraud, we generally refund and cancel all charges and shut the account down completely. I do apologize that someone has stolen your credit card information, but that information is compromised now and you should shut the card down so no further charges can be made.
Please let us know if you have any questions, and make sure to reach out to your financial institution about getting a new card, as well as disputing the charge(s) made to your account.

Unable to Get a Response Back
I purchased a domain name and website a couple days ago not realizing that my husband had already started designing one thru another site. I cancelled both my domain name and website 1 day after purchase and site said it was immediately cancelled. We want to use that same domain name thru other site but says domain name isn't available. Have tried contacting to see when FreeLogoServices will release it, but no response and they have no phone # to contact. I planned to still purchase a logo and all my physical marketing materials from them, however I am having second thoughts since they have yet to reply and assist with my issue.
