Tengo problemas con cobros a mi tarjeta
Tengo problemas con esta pagina, me han realizado recargo a mi tarjeta en reiteradas ocasiones y yo sin hacer ninguna compra, quiero saber de inmediato como eliminar el usuario que alguna vez me cree en su pagina de lo contrario tendré que realizar acciones legales.

I had to make an account, which I don't like doing on websites I don't know really well. So instead I took a screenshot and used that. They designed the logos nicely, however.

Gave my domain away without my permission
They charged my credit card for renewal of my domain name but they didn't renew it and I lost my domain name. There is no one to talk to. I have to pay thousands to get my domain back. I lost a lot of business. Don't work with them. use Godaddy.

Nous avons passé une commande d'articles promotionnels le 16 septembre dernier.
A ce jour, nous ne sommes toujours pas livrés. Sur le site freelogo, notre commande est en transit depuis le 19 septembre 2021. Pas très sérieux.
Si freelogo veut développer des produits promotionnels, il va falloir mettre le paquet sur le suivi commercial et la traçabilité. Et surtout éviter les réponses bateaux tel que : "Remarque : si votre colis ou votre expédition indique qu'il est toujours en production sans suivi mis à jour après 7 jours, il est possible qu'il n'y ait pas de numéro de suivi disponible pour cet article particulier.
Une fois le délai de livraison estimé écoulé, nous vous suggérons ce qui suit :
· Demander à quelqu'un d'autre à l'adresse de livraison s'il a pris livraison de votre colis
· Vérifier auprès de vos voisins s'ils l'ont accepté pour vous
· Scannez toutes les zones de sécurité où le chauffeur a pu laisser votre colis, comme derrière une poubelle, ou dans un hangar, un garage ou un porche
· Vérification à votre bureau de poste/bureau de livraison local pour voir s'ils retiennent votre colis. Nous vous suggérons de contacter d'abord votre service postal local." Surtout quand les produits ne sont même pas dans le camion.

Gracias por tu reciente reseña. Revisé su cuenta y comprendo su preocupación. Veo que respondimos a sus correos electrónicos del 2 y 4 de septiembre, el 3 y el 5 de septiembre respectivamente. Si no puede encontrar nuestras respuestas por correo electrónico, revise sus bandejas de entrada de correo no deseado / basura. Parece que tiene problemas para reactivar sus suscripciones, pero desafortunadamente el mensaje de error que estamos recibiendo indica que debe comunicarse con su institución bancaria para resolver el problema. Háganos saber si hay algo más con lo que podamos ayudarlo en este momento.

Hatte 4 Jahre lang das Do it yourself Paket.
Von Heute auf Morgen gab es plötzlich ein Problem mit der Abbuchung der 14.95.- dass nicht von meiner Seite aus kam.
Anstatt mich anzuschreiben oder mich zu kontaktieren, haben Sie mein Google Konto gelöscht. Da waren alle Firmen Emails sowie Homepage die mich x Hunderte von Franken kostete drauf.
Auf Nachfrage wollen Sie nichts davon wissen.
Finger Weg von dieser Firma...
Sobald ein Missverständnis entsteht sind all eure Kundendaten und Email unwiederruflich gelöscht.
Lieber ohne Hoster ein Normales Google Konto eröffnen.

Do NOT give them your credit card details! I bought a logo in 2019 and now I'm being charged for a domain I never wanted nor do I even know what it is! I have never received an email or an invoice either! When I finally figured out who charged me and contacted them through a chat (as they have no phone number) they cancelled the domain and told me they would refund my money but apparently now are not able to process the refund!!!

Very Disappointed.....they created business cards for me with small print for logo, large print for contact name, and they look terrible.
Contacted Customer Service, and there response ? too bad thats what you ordered....
