I absolutely love their underwear and the sizing is true to size really good quality and seamless in my activewear. I’ve since tried another brand and they don’t even come close to how comfortable these are.

Absolutely terrible. They literally caused a camel toe in a pair of workout pants with no front seam. Disappointed is an understatement.

Seriously a game changer. I got their ultra lite thong to wear under my leotard because it said it is invisible. It is true, I couldn’t see them at all and I like that it is a bit absorbent

Customer service is EXCELLENT and owner is very responsive however these are not a good fit for me. Im a size 10 and the small was very big for me. They are very high cut. The gusset was too narrow. For me to have any snug control/coverage at the front, I needed to pull them down lower at the front and then the back had about 2 inches of extra material. They might work better on someone with a longer torso perhaps? The material is lovely and soft.

Super fast shipping and good quality product

I've now bought three times from Fredgies and I love them!

They are great for about 2 uses and then they wedge in the front & give the appearance of an even bigger camel toe as the thick padding looks like bigger lips.
Tried with both front seams and no front seam shorts/leggings. Terrible with front seems as it just looks more noticeable. Also where the thick padding stops at the front can be seen through my bright purple leggings so it’s better to wear a normal g-string with them.
I now have 7 pairs after buying the first 2 from her first company & not realising Fredgies is just her new name.
I try to only review products I love but I wish when I was looking at Fredgies there were more negative reviews to compare.

Update: After leaving this review, the owner reached out and offered a refund and to send a newer “ultra lite” version. My review reflects my experience with the original product purchased.

Fast delivery and a super comfortable product - glad I bought a pack of 3!

Great quality underwear that are very comfortable and seamless. This has restored my confidence in the gym with wearing activewear. Also great for tight jeans and workwear pants. I have purchased other brands in the past and they are not seamless, you can see the padding from the side. Will buy again!

I brought one pair just to try them out—now I’ve got three more and I’m about to buy more.

They’re smooth, flattering, and comfortable. They stay put through every Pilates session with no constant adjusting, and finally, no camel toe.

I’ve spent over $60 on a single pair from another brand that promised the same thing—but there’s no comparison.

They do run large, so size down for the best fit.

Delivery to New Zealand is super quick, and the quality is excellent. Highly recommend.

I can finally wear light coloured activewear! I tried Fredgies and they truly solved all my problems, no camel toe and so comfortable. The padding is so soft and there is no digging at all.

The only gym "unmentionables" I'll ever wear!

I have bought multiple multi-packs of these, in the v front and they deliver on all they promise! Super comfy, no VPL and most importantly a smooth non-descript pelvic region under leggings!

PS noted me date of my most recent purchase below but have used them since early 2024 and they last well too!

I've tried so many & nothing beats Fredgies. I have 6 pairs now, I love them so much and will get more in different colours.

They are basically just a padded gstring. Nothing special and it doesn’t prevent camel toe it just looks like a liner is on. May as well buy liners and save the cash. The sizing is also way off with XS way too big (it’s almost a size 10). Not worth the cost

These are godsend! Fredgies are the only undies I wear now. All the others seem to have got lost in the drawer, Fredgies are SO comfortable. And they do as they say - no camel toe!

Communication needs to be improved but my exchange issue has been resolved.

Quality does not reflect the price. I got the fredgies lite and it seems to basically be unhemmed t-shirt material. So 2 wears and the edges are fraying. I feel very ripped off as they are not cheap.
