Scam! Lock you into subscription unknowingly. AND you have to pay to unsubscribe! Beware!

This company and the Soleflex insoles are a scam! Buyer beware! They trick you into subscribing (they have a small hidden box for subscribing that already has an affirmative check mark for subscribing. Even when you uncheck it, it puts back they checkmark seconds later as you enter information. Then, to cancel, they charge you $5.99. I reached out to Customer Service and they play dumb. I turned them in to my Credit Card company and blocked them from any future payments. Do not buy from them or play their game. Companies like this are what is wrong with our country. Everyone is looking for a dishonest and easy buck!

It's just a metal like cloth and pretty ineffective at removing built up or cooked on food.
Very expensive for what it is..just check Temu for the exact same product...dozens of sellers trading these cloths. They are really not worth it from Solara who just rebrand and sell it as an upmarket product.
Dont bother.

Ordered the Solara LuxScrubbers. The website and “reviews” claim the product: “Removes stubborn grime without scratching”. I didn’t notice any scratching but I did notice they don’t remove stubborn grime or even slightly determined grime. I contacted the company who gave me instructions on how to use them which is what I was already doing. Absolute waste of money and time and a company that obviously has no integrity. Save yourself the bother and buy a Scrub Daddy.

Do not buy from them! Not Australian based as advertised. Not closing due to ill health. Fabric and design is nothing like advertised. Poorly made garment arrived from Hong Kong. No refund as advertised on site. Need to be closed down to prevent further scamming.

Do not purchase. It’s drop ship from China. Advertised as linen, full polyester. Refusing to refund and have blocked me. It’s a full scam.

Truthful...they don't scratch.
Unfortunately they also don't clean.
Flimsy material and a total waste of money.
Has a hole after only 1 use.
The free clothes I received with this purchase are very small and all I can say is lucky they were free.
Definitely not living up to all the advertising hype

Total garbage company. Sent wrong sizes and will not respond to get right sizes or to initiate return DO NOT do business with this company.

Dreadful dress arrived. Hideous fabric and atrocious quality,nothing at all like pictures. $100 down the drain.. 😞

Société à fuir absolument !!! Pratiques douteuses avec un devis réalisé sur le coin de la table. Que dis je une feuille blanche avec des explications toutes tordus et avec un prix final à 26900€ avec récupération de TVA.
De toute façon une entreprise qui envoi un technicien qualifié RGE chez vous pour soins disant faire une étude technique, c'est une arnaque! Ils sont juste là pour vous soutirer votre argent. Un conseil: prenez le temps d'analyser les devis (au moins 6). une entreprise sérieuse ne mettra pas la pression pour signer un devis.

Commentaire négatif sur VD2E – Suivi de dossier TVA
⚠️ Expérience extrêmement décevante avec la société Vos Démarches Eco Energy dans le cadre de notre projet photovoltaïque.

Le suivi de dossier est totalement chaotique : des interlocuteurs différents à chaque échange, des informations contradictoires, des relances pour des documents déjà transmis, et des demandes d’accès à notre espace personnel EDF OA (identifiants + mot de passe !) – ce qui est formellement interdit et extrêmement suspect.

On nous a également appris la création d’un numéro SIREN à notre nom, sans notre consentement, déclaré dans l’espace fiscal d’un tiers (le gérant de VD2E), ce qui soulève de graves questions sur la légalité de leurs pratiques.

Et pour couronner le tout, une facturation de 450 € nous a été adressée pour « frais de gestion », sans devis clair, sans contrat, sans transparence.

En résumé : manque de clarté, mauvaise communication, pression financière et pratiques douteuses. Nous avons stoppé toute collaboration et alerté les autorités compétentes (DGCCRF et centre des impôts).

À fuir absolument si vous tenez à vos données personnelles et à votre sérénité fiscale.
