It is easy to click on when purchasing an item online and you are informed what you have to pay and when. Also you receive a reminder just before the date for paying. You can do 3 months or longer which is good for managing your money. I find this all very useful and brilliant.

Im glad i got Frasers plus account as get extra discounts and interest free over 3 months and I wouldnt of usually gone to sports direct but now I do all the time, happy customer

They make it nice and easy for you to open an account and make a purchase but when it comes to trying to pay off your purchase or to reduce the amount off months over which you want to it pay back, they then make you try and download the app and fiddle through that. It should be a lot simpler to pay off my balance in full, through my account through the Fraser plus website without having to download an app to do this. Definitely won’t be using this service again.

Excellent service

I wanted to give zero stars for the absolute dire experience I have had with the bistro garden set I ordered but it wouldn’t let me. So I had to give it one star. This has been a nightmare from delivery onwards. There’s a fault with the order and I opted to return it for a full refund. This item has still not been collected by Evri, who by the way must be one of the worst ever couriers to use. I am paying for this item which is not fit for purpose through no fault of my own, and cannot get a refund until it is received back at House of Fraser. This has been going on for at least 3 weeks now. Your customer service is rubbish and I can honestly say I will never ever buy a furniture item from House of Fraser again. One very pissed off customer 😡😡😡

As a former employee, it helps so many customers in the busy parts of the year like ‘ back to school’ which so expensive for parents.

Quick and easy app to use. Like the flexibility of the payment plan where you can choose 3 ways to pay your bill off and the fact you have control to change it at the push of a button yourself to increase flexibility, also helps spread the cost of providing clothes and trainers for kids. Where you can take goods away and pay later.

This app is the most confusing thing ever! Trying to figure out what's what and how much you're going to end up paying is a nightmare. I pity anyone who's older trying to figure out how not to pay the extortionate amount of interest charged. I shall be deleting my account and never ordering from Studio again when I've paid my bill off. It's the worst thing Studio did letting Fraser group take on their payments.

Great way to spread the cost of buying clothes etc. I just use the 3 months no interest and find it brilliant.

If anyone wanted reliable, fair and easy to use credit, I would definitely recommend Frasers Plus as the No1 choice. Better than any other credit company by far. Thank you Frasers
