As your invoice indicates, you paid €395 for the product + €25.25 shipping. Furthermore, as your invoice also indicates, you did not pay tax because you are located in Switzerland.
There is indeed a 10% off offer on two products purchased, but you only purchased one; the offer you are referring to has never existed on our website.
As stated in our general terms and conditions of sale, you have 14 days to return the unopened product.

In compliance with the law, we source our products exclusively from official laboratories, with invoices to support this. We are regularly subject to quality control checks for both our products and suppliers. We ensure the traceability of every product shipped until it reaches the final customer.

Regarding your order:
• Order date: 13/11/2024
• Shipping date: 15/11/2024
• Current status: Held by U.S. customs since 19/11/2024

We initiated an inquiry with the carrier on 30/12/2024, which confirmed that your package is being held by U.S. customs. It is important to note that products are never destroyed but are returned to the sender, a process that can take several months.

Customs have the discretionary power to allow or deny entry of goods into their territory, a decision over which we have no influence.

We sincerely regret this unfortunate experience. Although we are not responsible for customs decisions, please be assured that you will be refunded if your order does not arrive.

- Problèmes avec DHL : Nous reconnaissons les importantes difficultés que vous avez rencontrées avec DHL, notamment les erreurs de déclaration douanière et les demandes répétées de documents. Nous comprenons à quel point cela a été frustrant et chronophage.
