Azienda serissima
Azienda serissima: ho acquistato uno stendibiancheria elettrico e dopo otto anni di uso continuo ho riscontrato un problema. Ho contattato l'azienda che con grande professionalità è intervenuta spedendomi gratuitamente una centralina nuova e un telecomando.
Devo dire che raramente si incontrano aziende cosi serie.

otiima qualità del prodotto e servizio di assistenza impeccabile, veloce e preciso nell'inviarmi i ricambi necessari dei pezzi, che per normale usura si sono deteriorati. Trovo molto importante che a distanza di anni dall'acquisto siano ancora reperibili i piccoli pezzi di ricambio, ad esempio piccoli fermi in plastica che consentono l'ancoraggio a muro del prodotto quando è chiuso, e che la ricezione della richiesta e la conseguente spedizione dei pezzi sia molto, molto, molto veloce. veramente un ottimo servizio

Ho comprato uno stendino, pagamento in contrassegno senza aumento di prezzo, bellissimo. È arrivato in due giorni. Ho aperto il pacco di domenica, mancavano degli accessori. Ho scritto subito, mi hanno risposto di domenica ed oggi mi verranno spediti. Cos’ altro posso dire? Meraviglioso!

Great products and customer service
Ordered a wall rack a year ago. Has been working great; looks good, too. Needed another clip to prevent the lower rack from intruding into the upper one. They sent two clips in quick fashion. Great customer service.

Pensavo di avere acquistato una figata..invece pessimo acquisto..innanzitutto bisogna stendere la biancheria in egual modo sia da una parte che dall' altra se no va su tutto storto..e poi il filo che avvolge si incaglia nel rullo..insomma un disastro..io avevo già avuto uno stendino a soffitto di quelli sali e scendi e non mi ha dato mai un problema..semplice ma funzionale e molto più economico

Affidabile anche sul lungo periodo
Ho acquistato uno stendino Foxy Dry mini ormai diversi anni fa, l'abbiamo montato io e mio marito abbastanza facilmente e in tutti questi anni non abbiamo mai avuto il minimo problema. Lo stendino viene utilizzato spessissimo e quando è vuoto se ne sta sul soffitto quasi invisibile. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il cordino perché una delle nostre bimbe ci si è appesa e si è spezzato ma anche in questo caso il problema si è risolto velocemente, il servizio assistenza ha risposto alla mia mail dopo neanche 10 minuti ed ho subito acquistato il nuovo.
Che dire, solo esperienze positive!

Un service client exceptionnel !
Suite un problème de manipulation, j ai cassé la pièce de jonction entre le moteur et le bati.
Suite contact par mail, le service client a été réactif, m'a proposé de me mettre en relation avec un technicien, lr service client m'a relancé, nous avons échangé des photos et constats par whatsapp et finalement la pièce cassée m a été envoyée en SAV.
Belle qualité de service !!

Super zufrieden
Ich habe seit fast einem Jahr den Foxydry Air und bin super zufrieden. Letztens die Fernbedienung verlegt, neue Ersatzfernbedienung bestellt und nachdem ich nicht wusste wie installieren habe ich mich telefonisch an den Support gewandt. Dort ging keiner ran (Samstag Mittag) aber ich wurde prompt zurück gerufen und hab eine super Anleitung per WhatsApp bekommen. Super Service, klare Kaufempfehlung.

Snapped Chain
I ordered and installed our wall mounted foxydry. Installation was quite easy and it seemed like a good product. Within a day the chain that raises and lowers it snapped.
Having tried to contact the support email it just bounces back saying it’s spam.
EDIT: A member of the foxydry team got in touch with me and sent out a new chain and gear unit. After changing it’s now working really well. It’s a great product and very well designed but knocked a star off due to inconvenience of it breaking just after installation.

Hi foxy dry mini stopped working suddenly/ got it fixed by Foxydry now

I have foxy dry mini manual model ,I installed it in January and in month of April it stopped working.
I have emailed customer care of foxy dry stating the problem and my order no but no reply from them. This kind of service we dont expect from a reputed company.
Can foxydry pls contact me on my email id.
Foxy dry is still under warranty so I need support to get it fixed.
I got the spare part from them and got it fixed ,thanks foxydry for help

We're happy that we were able to solve the clutch problem that occurred. It can happen that sometimes e-mails end up in spam but once we saw your request, we sent you the free part and you were able to use the ceiling drying rack Foxydry Mini again.
When ?
First week of January I ordered Foxydry's topmodel, which cost a lot of money.
Today (February 27th) I haven't received it yet and also no explanation nor apology whatsoever !
In order to purchase one of their products, you have to pay immediately, but shipping seems to be very complicated. Very bad service !!
March 6th
Finally my product arrived, I immediately installed it and it's a great machine ! Installing is a piece of cake with clear instructions. The lift runs smooth and has plenty power to lift a full rack of wet laundry and the fans (maybe just a bit too noisy) get the job done in just a few hours.
I'm really happy with this Foxydry Air 150 and I recommend it. If delivery would have been sooner, it would definately have been 5 stars !!

Foxy Dry have been FANTASTIC. Purchased Foxy Dry Pro. It takes so much laundry on it and they dry so quickly. Dream! Saves so much time. I can put laundry on it anytime .
