Fox Morris Group do not seem interested in making constructive contact with the candidates or at least this has been my experience.
I was actually contacted by one of their recruiters twice and at different times with regards to two different vacancies they were recruiting for. The first time, the job vacancy had absolutely nothing to do with my work experience which clearly demonstrated that the recruiter did not bother reading through my CV so I responded politely to say that the role was not suitable and neither would I be suited for it. The second time I was contacted by the same recruiter, the role was actually suitable and I believe that I would be a good fit. I responded to the email with my updated CV and have not heard back since. I cannot tell if the application was sent on my behalf or not. We did not discuss anything at all, not even about expected salary or other potential roles. It is a real shame that this company chooses to work this way.
I found my experience frustrating and unprofessional. One quick phone call would have made a huge difference.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this recruiter. Despite initial contact for a contract role, they never followed up despite multiple attempts on my end. Their lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to steer clear and seek out more reputable agencies. Avoid them.

On 2 separate occasions in the past few months I have:
- Seen a job posted via Fox Morris Group
- Followed up with one of their agents and sent my CV
- Received either an application confirmation or some initial feedback ("your cv looks great")

Then each time the correspondence has abruptly stopped. Now there is no reply to even the most basic request for an update on the position. This fuels the suspicion that the original role posted was already expired and left on the site, either through laziness or to entice applicants and CVs for future roles.

For this to happen once, I can put down to a bad experience and overlook. For it to happen twice there is clearly something not right with the company.

Bizarre and rather unprofessional.

My wages were withheld on Friday, I made numerous calls back and forth between my umbrella company, my employer and fox Morris. Eventually I learned that my wages and had been authorised by my employer only to be withdrawn by Dale Singh(director of fox morris) because the amount didn't reach the criteria to line his pockets.
