Being able to talk to a live person, Sophie and Michelle very helpfull.

Great price, helpful people, but lose a star for not accepting years of no clains in a Ford Management vehicle as no claims bonus. Why can't Ford and Ford Insure work together?

Service was very good, nice and friendly sales team.

After 4 years as a customer we was shocked to discover a increase in our payments without notification due another car on another policy being stolen around that time of renewal this was still pending but within 2 days of this pay out on the other policy they increased this policy, obviously this was going to be declared but 2 days after was a shock,it was as if they was watching us, I later discovered they was doing a search on us on the MIB,no suprise insurance went up 4 weeks after the renewal to a amount of 800£. Fast forward the next renewal date and a quote for as given still extremely high, got a quotes for over half the price difference and decided to contact Ford insure to say I wasn’t renewing, they told me there was discrepancies on a license holder on the policy and I said yes this will be the new points SP30, they knew before I was about to agree an with that he said it’s gone from 2256£ a year to 3642.50 let me get that down for you 🤣I said no cancel, as if they was going to take a chance like they did last year and have me commited after the cooling down period AGAIN!!!! so with all the correct information given on a new policy including the stolen car the new points the new policy is wait for it……. 987£ a year!!!!!
Shocking scamming going on right under our noses AVOID FORDS INSURANCE, terrible not even giving you time to contact them with the updated changes,checking you constantly like a criminal.

Certain problems necessitated having to contact by phone. This took some time to make contact but then everything went ok.

Helpful, not pushy salesman gave informed advice. Was allowed a very trusting test drive to ensure the car was right for me. Reasonable price. Courteous customer service.

Rob Robinson was friendly, knowledgeable about. The different cars, the different prices and discounts from the Government and Ford.
He was able to develop an acceptable price and deal.
He looked after us two years ago and we wanted him to work with us.

I called regarding an auto renewal and got hung up on mid sentence after explaining I wanted to cancel. I had to call back to confirm how I would receive documents etc regarding this. Maybe they were having a bad day but still terrible service to put the phone down on a customer.
The second person I spoke to was much more helpful and apologetic of the experience.

Great to do business with .. price is a factor but so is service , best of both worlds here .. 10/10 .. from start to finish I was well taken care of .

Whilst car insurance premiums are eye-watering, especially when one is a very careful, non-claiming driver, nontheless the service from Ford Insure over the years has been first-rate and the application process straightforward, with patient and informative guidance along the way.

Found the paperwork in a bit of a muddle and had to sort it out.Think had been put in the envelope wrongly.
