They answered the call within 5 minutes which is a big plus when dealing with ultra slow costumer services. They were clear, jargon free and didn't take too long to resolve my issue.

My old company would not renew my car…
My old company would not renew my car with no reason so I was so worried about looking for another insurance company but it was so easy with first alternative it’s got everything I needed and it was also within my budget so thank you very much hope to be with you for years to come.
