I found the salesman very helpful, he explained everything clearly. He kept me informed during the time we had to wait for delivery. At the hand over he explained the controls.

Great service from initial enquiry to collecting car, all questions etc dealt with promptly.

I had to find car insurance very quickly, due to my agent letting me down. As I’ve used Ford insure when buying a new car, I went straight to them. Everything was very easy.
The only thing that let it down was waiting to hear it had all gone through. I had to ring as it didn’t come back to tell me all had gone though. But all was fine, the person I spoke to apologized.

Honestly I wouldn’t even give them a star but I had to for the sake of this review. Absolutely shocking do not go for this insurance company. This isn’t even myself I’m complaining about my girlfriend got into an accident and they wrote off her car. First of all didn’t even notify her that her car was wrote off, my girlfriend followed up with the garage. Therefore meaning she wouldn’t have been insured to drive with no notification whatsoever. And also was told on the phone that they were gonna hold the money until she bought a car which isn’t even legal. And was on the phone for 2 hours, and ended up speaking to the same person we started with. Still a going issue. Joke of a company.
