after being lucky enough to win a pair of SB dunks in my size, I had many questions about how the system worked for them, and all of the staff members I ended up talking to through phone and email all extremely helpful and polite, best customer service experience I have had in awhile, on top of this the delivery was very fast (2 days) and the box came in perfect condition

Quick deliveries from when you purchase and always decent prices and the sales are good as well.
It's just a shame never win any of raffles. But one of the best skate shops in the UK 👍

I put the wrong address on delivery and emailed them to see if they can change it , they responded back within 10mins to say they changed it and received item next day … amazing and great customer service .. thank you 🤩 10/10

Best Skateboard shop I have ever been to and will always be my best one because I’m not going anywhere else! I recently did some online shopping at Focus Skate Shop, after placing my order I realised the next day I had did a mistake with my order so I contacted Focus and Omg I was gob smack to say the least and EXTREMELY IMPRESSED by how they went above and beyond to rectify my mistake so calmly and PROFESSIONALLY , there IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE didn’t go unnoticed.

What really stood out to me was their WILLINGNESS TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure my satisfaction as a customer and the way they dealt with the whole situation has left me with no option but to ONLY SHOP WITH FOCUS because I know if anything goes wrong they have there customers back.
