Outstanding service and super speedy delivery!

Ordered a skateboard (very well priced) and some accessories and received an email this next day to say the wheels we had chosen were no longer in stock, would we mind being upgraded at no extra cost - wow!

Confirmed this would be ok and the next day the board etc, arrived (it was not due to be delivered until the Monday) My son was delighted to find stickers and skate mags included in the parcel.

Great company to buy from and we will definitely be using them again, A* experience.

Perfect Shop! Top Star!

This is my first time to visit this shop.

I was place an order for Nike Shoes at Sunday evening then email to customer service at same night for size amendment.

Received confirmation from C/S for size changed at Monday morning 07:50am and parcel arrived home Tuesday noon by DPD

What an Excellent Service Delivery, Efficiency and Brilliant shopping experience!

Great experience

Contacted Focus to reserve a pair of SB Blazers for a week after release and they were very helpful with great communication and also had a 25% footwear sale on the day of purchase 100% satisfied will shop here again
