I made an account a few years ago. I uploaded some photos taken by me and tried to participate in missions. Both the web version and the app gave me multiple errors and worked badly so I stopped using it. A few days ago I remembered about it and decided to delete my account but I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO. It says I will get an email to confirm my choice but I have tried it multiple times and I have recieved none and Support Service says it only responds to Foap Plus users. Still, I have emailed them multiple times and no answer yet. HORRIBLE experience.

Yes it's very disappointing. I had passion for photography to. All Photography sites are no good and takes very long time to review! Something should be done about this and its not just memberplus, Everyone has the right to ask for help! All sites that used to be great, turning into scams! Not good!

I used foap for years and enjoy it. Easy too use. Even won mission. But my
Email that was on account got hack and I had to erase the email. But when I go to sign into my account. I could reset my password as I don't have access to the email anymore. So reach out to Foap to see if they could assist. But all I got back email saying I am not Foap+ account and that they couldn't help me. Wow. If want me to become a foap + member, would I need access to my account to upgrade. Thanks for nothing

I have been using FOAP since 2016 (for more than 8 years). Initially, it was a great platform, but over time, things started to deteriorate.

First, the relevant keywords stopped loading when uploading pictures. The only response from support was, "We are working on this." That was six years ago, and the issue remains unresolved.

Constant problems with the FOAP server not loading have been frustrating.

For almost two years, there have been problems with PayPal. My last money withdrawal took FOAP 365 days to process! As a result, I was underpaid by $120 USD. PayPal's policies and fees were changed after I had already requested my withdrawal from FOAP. Recovering even a fraction of this amount took even longer...

There have also been issues with prizes for winning missions. For example, FOAP announced that I had won $1,000, but the money never appeared in my earnings. When I contacted support, my questions were either ignored or met with months of back-and-forth replies, only for them to ask, "What happened? Please provide more details about the issue." After a year of pursuing this, they finally responded that it wasn’t $1,000 in cash but 1,000 FOAP coins. Fortunately, I have original screenshots clearly showing $1,000 USD.

At one point, the app became flooded with scammers offering to buy pictures of feet and flowers. Despite countless complaints to the support team, FOAP outsourced customer service requests to Zendesk. Now, most support requests receive a response stating that only FOAP Plus users can access help — which is ridiculous because I am a FOAP Plus user!

For communication with other photographers, FOAP introduced a separate app called Circle. If you want to connect with like-minded users, you now have to download another app. I have no interest in cluttering my phone with more apps trying to sell their own services.

The final straw came a few days ago when I discovered that the FOAP app had disappeared from my phone. At first, I wasn’t alarmed because FOAP's standard response to issues is, "Reinstall the app." However, when I attempted to do so, the app store informed me that my device was no longer compatible. I have no intention of replacing my phone just to continue using FOAP. I feel disheartened, especially since I have over 12,000 followers, more than 6,000 pictures on my profile, and unwithdrawn earnings still tied to the app.

Conclusion: I used to love FOAP. It was once a great way to connect with other passionate creators, showcase your photography, earn money, and have fun. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this platform. It has become a waste of time and effort.

By making an account, I saw a banner with continue. I thought it was part of the account. They asked foor banking numbers, and I payed €1,-. But now this amout went to ‘ PYD*skillgam.store Limassol.
Is thus a fraude?

I found this site from an internet link and thought I would try it. It seems they are having serious issues as it took many tries to create an account. Most of the time their site responds with an error message. After you create the account, it takes you into the app where you try to upload a photo. Again, many error messages with a retry button. Then, apparently it uploaded 1 photo 3 times. I then tried to delete 2 of the extra photos. Many error messages. Obviously their servers are having issues. After reading all of the negative reviews, it appears this is a common theme for some time.

kindly look into delivery issues. wrong item has been delivered by dhal family restaurant with no sense on 17th june2024 are almost ruined on special occasion.

I have been a member of the Foap community since 2016 until today, 5/28/2024. Although I have not sold many photos, I enjoyed the comradery and advice I received from fellow photographers. Several months ago, I was inundated with spam messages from users wanting to buy my photos, needing feet, hand photos etc. I simply deleted them but it continued. Foap had always been great with any help needed and always responded quickly to any questions that I had. When I sent my 3rd email to support regarding the proliferation and continued spam messages, I received a message that totally surprised me. I was told that since I am not a Foap Plus member, they cannot respond directly to me and referred me to FAQ of the site. The spam continued, after sending another email, with the same automated response, I deleted my account today. I was not a big seller on the site but I loved the people and all the lessons I learned thru the years from their photos and helpful advice. I am confused why Foap Plus members are protected against the spam messages but the rest of the community are not. Isn't it their place to make it a safe place to post photos and to ban any users who are there for nefarious purposes? I will miss all the friends I made on Foap these past 8 years. I hope they correct this issue in the future.

I've received around 5-6 projects through Foap, and I'm really enjoying this service! The mobile app could be a bit better, but it still functions well. Additionally, the people at Foap are very helpful. I've received a lot of assistance on each project from Jules and Maria, who help me produce videos that clients really love.

Finally I stopped to spend time with this app. The firstly the payment of my money from the competitions I won took around 5-6 months. Which is not normal at all. And it was only 115$!!! Not thousands. And the second reason after I complained a few times about payments, they stopped to award me. Even if my photos got more attentions from experienced users and comments they never win again. Because it’s taking so much time, bed feelings and afford to do I decided to use another more trustful platform with a prompt payments to sell my photos. In my opinion the idea of app and community is good but the realisation is not good at all.

I love using Foap and after six years I’ve managed to sell dozens of photos and videos. The recent payment delay was unusual but I did get paid and the admin was very supportive and understanding.

Hay mucho estafadores, aun no he podido vender una foto y a diario me escriben supuestamente para comorarme fotos por una gran suma ya sean 2000 3000 y 5000 euros, y al final cuando habla con ellos por telegram te da cuenta que es una estafa te lo pintan muy bonito pero antes de pagarte te cobran ya sea por tarjeta de regalo que te dicen que compre, ya sea por una app de envío de dinero, ellos te envían a tu correo un comprobante que te enviaron dinero pero en tu cuenta de la app no aparece ningún pago. Una estafa total. No manden ni un centavo. Por PayPal es la típica estafa ahora cada día van renovando cómo estafar por otro sitio.

I liked this app at first.Many photos there on by me.I believed that I could have sold two pics but dissapointed..Two many followers,and one sold photo but not enough to take a payment .I was supportive and I learned by watching as an amateur.There was a time with no good connection,surprising that l could not find a solution.I told my issue but nothing happened for a almost a month..By the way,we see some persons win again and again ,even if they are good photographers many others with really good photos not rewarded.

I am using this app from June 2022. The first time I payed out the money is took 3 months before it was on my PayPal account. Now I am waiting from september '23 for my payment and still dit not get it. I mailt a few times and nothing.

I finally got my money march 30th.. I hope that my next payment is gone be shorter to wait for.

I love to post picture on Foap

I have been with Foap for many years and I really enjoy it! Fun missions and good rewards. I have made a lot of Foap-friends through comments on pictures and through the community. Due to this I have found new travel destinations and lots of inspiration from other users! You get to now lots of interesting new places and customs world wide, not just the tourist places.
The only downside is that there has been some delays regarding the payments due to problems with PayPal. After sending emails to the support I have received all my payments.
