Poor Customer Service
Had trouble placing this order. I was a new customer and the website offered a 10% discount on first purchase for signing up with my email. I did that when I went to use the promo code it said it was invalid and to contact customer service. I used CS on line and was told to cancel order out and start again. I did that still didn't work, contacted CS and they could figure it out. CS messaged IT with the understanding they would get back to me. Never got back to me. Still waiting. Needed the item asap had already waited three days so I ordered it today. Promo code still didn't work, ordered any way but they have an unhappy customer.

Shipping structure is ridiculous
Shipping structure is ridiculous. $15.99 shipping for motor brushes that fit in a Manila envelope. And charge per item. I will be using another service in the future because of this.

The site was kind of difficult
The site was kind of difficult if you didn't know the part number you needed and also checking out was a little frustrating. Overall I'm glad the site was there so we didn't have to order from the catalog but it could be more operator friendly.
