Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I lost a significant amount of money on my refund because Flywire applied an unfair exchange rate and also charged a refund fee. When taking my payment, they used a much higher rate, but when refunding me, they used a much lower one. Customer service only repeated the same generic responses and refused to resolve the issue. I would never use Flywire again and would strongly advise students to consider other payment providers.
