I felt the need to write this review after my experience with Catherine Allaway of FlyPets.
Upon contacting a few similar companies, I had responses from two. Catherine (FlyPets) was one of them. The other company showed little interest and the first thing I saw in their email was the quote, they did not even respond to my questions. However, Catherine was incredibly helpful and gave me all the help and confidence I needed to export my cats to Turkey.
Initially, to obtain the information I needed, I contacted my local vets (3no of them), and I contacted the airlines for the relevant information, they were useless. Catherine’s vast knowledge was superb, much more than the vets and airlines combined. Although she knew from the start that I wouldn’t need their business (as I was going to do the exporting myself) she continued to help me immensely.
The help I got from Catherine is incredible. She is very helpful, patient, friendly, approachable, very professional and very knowledgeable. What else would you want!? I cannot recommend FlyPets enough.

If you are planning a move abroad and want to bring your pet along, Catherine Allaway is your person. Efficient and professional, Catherine is highly experienced and walked us through the entire process from start to finish, so we felt happy and comfortable every step of the way. She was very quick to come back with answers to our many queries and even arranged and then re-arranged flights for our dog, Rex, as the airlines were opening up again for pet travel to Australia. Cannot thank the team at FlyPets enough, especially Catherine Allaway. From the moment we first requested a quote to fly Duck (the dog) from the UK to Australia (mid pandemic might I add) Catherine made everything so easy for us and removed any sense or worry or concern. The whole process was incredibly efficient and professional. Process aside, the kindness and patience from Catherine was above and beyond, she was there for us every step of the way and was even there to greet Ducky as he arrived at the kennels. Knowing someone really has your pets best interest at heart makes the whole move so much more bearable.

Relocated to Chicago already and wanted our dog to join us. Such a difficult time to do this due to airlines not accepting dogs (trust me I tried to organise this myself). Catherine is super quick to respond and was happy to cater to any requests that I had. As you can imagine I had 1million questions to ask and she was always available to respond via email or phone. This was one of the reasons I chose her over other shippers.

Although their quote was not the cheapest, it was the best value for money (£1266) as it included everything
(Pick up, boarding, food, health check, certificates, crate, ticket, customs broker) - she made the process as smooth as possible so that all we had to do was pick her up at the airport and pay the airline fee ($90).

From the initial contact everything was on point
Catherine was an excellent agent who assisted me with exporting my two dogs to Gambia
It was a difficult export to organise due to the cancellation of flights .
Catherine organised for my dogs to be collected from London and then a road trip to Belgium were they stayed for 3 days until they were able to fly.
Fly pets made me feel comfortable about leaving my dogs with strangers and the dogs arrived safely and I could see they were well looked after.
I will be Using this company again and also recommending them to my friends and family
