We contacted a few pet relocation companies to request quotes to relocate our much loved cat to NZ, and Catherine's was by far the most prompt and comprehensive response. Any queries were answered very quickly and we felt assured that with Catherine's wealth of knowledge and experience our boy would be in the best hands possible with Flypets. Catherine understood that this was a stressful experience for us all, and eased the process by liaising direct with our vet to ensure all the necessary vaccinations and treatments were given at the right time. Catherine had to juggle dates and flights due to the importing authority in NZ closing for a long period over Christmas, but all this was handled smoothly and expertly. We cannot recommend Flypets, and in particular Catherine, highly enough. Thank you Catherine!

Amazing transport company for your pet!
It’s the second time I use them, and they are so professional and kind. They answer immidiately and always make sure you are happy and calm. Its always scary to send your loved pet somewhere, so its nice to hire someone as amazing as them.

No problems whatsoever with transporting our two dogs. The staff at Flypets were friendly and professional throughout, and it was one less thing to worry about while relocating.

I can't fault Charlotte and FlyPets. From day one, they were completely on top of everything!. Every question was answered, and my preferences were taken into account. I have never flown my dog before, and even with last-minute delays & changes due to a Visa, they dealt with everything. No regrets at all, and my large 40kg Dog landed happy and safe!

I also recommend you follow Charlotte's advice and use their local forwarders. After a delayed plane due to whether the local freight forwarder knew exactly who to call to get my dog expedited off the aircraft after a 13-hour flight. All the paperwork was delt with while I could concentrate on my dog. Worth every penny!

I can’t recommend fly pets enough. A 10/10 experience the whole way through! Mark has given us the best customer care experience we’ve ever had. Constant answers to any questions over the course of 5 months and had no issue doing so. He answered during personal hours and helped us with our payment over the phone to. Ronnie got to us in one very happy content piece and I couldn’t be more thankful to the fly pets team for the whole experience moving from the U.K. > Dubai. On top of that we got to keep ronnies crate that was made which is great because he absolutely loves it. Thank you thank you thank you! I used FlyPets to take my dog from the UK to Norway. After agreeing the logistics, they failed to turn up on the day to collect my dog. It turned out a technical fault meant the driver had not been informed. I ended up taking a taxi to the kennels which FlyPets eventually refunded me for.

FlyPets then did a good job of transporting my dog from the UK to Norway, including sorting difficulties with the airline on the day.

Apart from the issue with the collection, FlyPets was professional and friendly and took good care of my dog.

I recently relocated from the UK to Australia, and was recommended Flypets to take care of the pet move. I had moved from Australia to the UK some 3 years earlier and despite not having to spend any time in quarantine, Mason arrived very thin and pretty stressed out, so I was anxious at him having to do the return route and being older to boot. Catherine dealt with all his paperwork, which for Australia is a lot, and told me up front exactly what timeframe and challenges i would be in for, as it's one of the worst places to try and import an animal. The only saving grace that as he's a returning Australian dog he only got to do 10 days quarantine. Catherine told me and my vet exactly what vaccinations and blood draws we needed and the dates to do them, the flea and tick treatments, worming treatments and everything else we needed to do, along with arranging for his pickup and the fit to fly vet check the day before, and kenneling overnight, along with a pic of him before he left both in and out of his very robust crate. He arrived after a stop in Doha at Australia 6pm and was picked up by quarantine within 30 mins. he also arrived happy and not stressed at all, he was eating and toileting very happily the next day. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Catherine and her team for any pet export, she took fabulous care of Mason, and answered all my questions too. I also received notifications of where Mason was at every step of his journey, along with a description of him, so he had been eyeballed before the update was given, a truly excellent service from start to finish, they were pretty competitive on price too.

The most important things for me were that FlyPets did everything so professionally, I had so much confidence in them and I just KNEW my fur baby would arrive safe and sound. They did not get annoyed and fed up with all my millions of questions and I have to admit so many of my questions may have seemed petty but being my fur baby's Mum, each question was so important to me. They really helped to relieve the stress in such a huge way with regards to what for me was a VERY stressful move. THANK YOU FLYPETS!!!

We have recently moved to Australia and thanks to Catherine and the team our beautiful, older labrador has moved with us. Catherine guided me through the export and quarantine process and ensured that my vets followed all the guidance. On top of that, as an anxious pet owner Catherine kept in touch with me - sending me pics once Buddy was on his way. I wouldn't say it was stress-free but Catherine and Flypets certainly eased the anxiety. I can't recommend them enough.

Catherine and the team are fantastic. They arranged the move of my two dogs from the Jersey to Canada via the UK. Catherine is so knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. After talking to her and exchanged emails, I felt at ease and knew the dogs would be well taken care of as the team knew exactly what they were doing - I did not get the same feeling when I spoke to other providers. We also visited their facilities which are absolutely excellent - again this was reassuring as my dogs needed to board for several days before departure. Overall Flypets were fantastic. Undertaking an international relocation is stressful as it is without animals involved, so it was amazing that Flypets could take this on for us and take for us the stress of ensuring our dogs arrived safe and well.

Without a doubt the best service for peace of mind with your beloved little ones. Catherine and team where brilliant through the journey for our little dog and were so easy to get on with, and kept us informed all the way. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Absolutely the best!

We came across FlyPets when looking to transport our kittens from UK to USA and after reading all their reviews, we got in touch with Catherine who is a gem! I must admit I'm a crazy pet mom, and worry-wart, and Catherine did a great job in answering all my questions, and more. Leading up to their flight, she was very proactive in reaching out and giving us advice/information we would need for care, drop off, and pick up. Though we did have a tracking number to track the kitties' flight, she did give us periodic updates, and confirmed their arrival when they landed. We honestly were more stressed than the kittens, who both landed safe and sound, and totally relaxed! Thank you to everyone at FlyPets for all that you do!

We contacted Flypets to arrange getting our kitties over to New Zealand, we have had the pleasure of dealing with Catherine who has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Questions have been answered promptly and in detail and Catherine was always easy to speak to when needed. Highly recommend both Catherine and Flypets and if you’re at all concerned on shipping your pets definitely give them a call as they have been brilliant.

Flew my three dogs from London to Calgary with this company and could not be happier with the service provided. I was kept up to date with all the information in the build up to their journey and everything was explained in detail in regards to what will happen and what I needed to do to ensure my dogs had a stress free journey.
I can't write a review without mentioning the person who guided me through every step of the way and who made my experience of flying my dogs much easier and less stressful than I thought it would be, Catherine. Catherine has been an absolute saint in answering my hundreds of panicky questions in regard to what I needed to do in regards to paperwork, she answered all my questions quickly and calmly and reassured me at every step of the way. I also found their pricing to be very competitive and excellent value for money.

I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend this to other pet owners.

He arrived healthy and happy. The partner company in Cape Town were also amazing. Handled his import papers and arrival at CT airport. They looked after Obi until we were reunited.
Obi is now enjoying his retirement in the sunny Cape Town and loves his walks on the beach.

Their knowledge, experience and enthusiasm sets them apart from other companies. From our initial enquiry through to post quarantine queries, they were superb; we really felt that they had Skipper & Lexies best interests at heart. Moving to Australia is complicated and stressful at the best of times but Flypets certainly smoothed the journey.

Our vet was also impressed by the level of information provided to them and were particularly pleased to be able to call on Catherine's experience when planning the various appointments.

Where should i even start. I used this company to relocate my super shy cat who lives in an apartment and not really the adventure type of animal to Sweden with me. The idea was for her to fly with the same airplane as i did, but she had to go in cargo, everything was planned out, all paper filled and the very expensive fee was payed in. I arrived to Sweden in the biggest snowstorm, just to go to Cargo and see that there is no-one there and the cargo office is closed, they didn't pick up the phone either. I have called the agent lady who was organizing, she also didnt understand what could have happened, about half an hour later she called me back telling me that NOBODY realized, while organizing all of this even tho it had to go through so many people that it is a Bank holiday in Sweden, and people do not work. For about two hours i didnt even know where my cat was and the fact that there was a massive snowstorm outside stressed me out even more, i was in pieces sitting at the airport. Later on she told me that they took my cat out of the plane took her to the cargo, realized it is closed, dragged the cat back to the plane and straight send her back to London... At this point i was close to a mental breakdown, they couldn't do anything, i would have have to wait till Monday for her to fly again and stay for the weekend somewhere i didn't sign off or know. The agent lady came up with a plan to get my cat out of the airport put her into a cat and send her by route , which is what i wanted to avoid from the start and why i payed so much more for her to fly, but at this stage i just wanted her to get to me as fast as she can. She was drove all the way to Germany where she took a boat also, and she finally arrived to me 2 days later on Sunday morning. I cant even begin to explain the stress sadness and tears this all costed me, specially since the company acted like this is not a big deal and like she is all fine and happy... She had a personality change that even now 3 weeks later she is not over it, she doesn't leave my side, and doesn't eat alone unless i sit next to her, she also cries very loud if i leave the house, she never did any of this. The only reason i give 2 stars because she wasn't physically harmed. The company haven't offered any compensation or even remotely took the blame for everything that happened, and didn't even answered my last email. Feels very unprofessional and careless in this sense, as i was told they cannot keep up with every countries holidays, i think it would be enough if they keep up with the ones they are dealing with at the moment, huge mistake could have been avoided with attention to detail and some care. Therefore i would never use again or recommend this company to anyone as i do not wish anyone to go though this.

Answer to Flypets:
Since Trustpilot dont let me react to this answer i got , i will add to it here. First of all i could also write a long detailed letter to this, but i wont do that because your answer completely speak for itself and proves my point. I although i would like to address the timespan of how these things happened, just to clear this up, as there was time when nobody knew where the cat was, and she was already almost in London again without any authorization before you even found her and this info got to me approx. 2-3 hours after landing as i was sitting in the airport waiting. The two options was not presented to me at that point, you offered to send the cat on Monday morning with a plane again, that was very bad timing as it was my first day in a new job and i told you that but i also said its okay i will make it work somehow, when i was clearly unhappy about this and told you someone needs to take a blame and there has to be some consequences, that's when almost an hour after that i got a call with the option to drive her, and at that point, getting her there as quickly as possible and not leaving her in the airport in some kennel was a better option in my eyes. The fact that you write down how much it cost your company to fix your mistake and than telling me how you did not past that cost on me is definitely tells a lot, how I've been told by several people that she is happy and oh so well to calm me down, just to see her completely changed by the time she got here. I understand mistakes can happen, and its a fact she got here physically well driven by a lovely man, that's why i gave two stars and not one, but all i wanted is accountability and that i never got from this company.

Charlotte at Flypets was great throughout the process of relocating my Labradoodle Roxy to Kenya from the UK. Flypets took care of all the paperwork and their in-country vet in Kenya not only processed the clearance process on arrival at Nairobi airport he then personally drove her to me in Turi. Roxy arrived happy and excited and is now happily settled with me in Kenya
