Avoid this Airlines by all means ❌️ I was escorting my father last monday (XY-576) and what I have experienced was the most horrible thing I could ever think of!
- While in the check-in queue, employee behind a counter decided to leave her job and never return back to the desk!
- Another employee came-in "Abdulmajid elsaadi" and started yelling at Passengers and intimidating them.
- I was even threatened to be detained if I opened my mouth!
- They called the police in another passenger in the queue because he wanted to record the threatening of the employee!
I'm now following a legal procedure through the embassy and my lawyer.
OH MY GOD! I have travelled everywhere and never seen such a thing in my life!!!!
Worst Gate agents in Amman
I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the gate agents of Fly Nas at Amman airport, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I arrived at the gate, it was clear that these individuals lacked any sense of decency or courtesy towards their passengers.
First and foremost, the flight was delayed with absolutely no announcement or explanation provided. We were left standing at the gate, bewildered and frustrated, as the departure time came and went without any updates. It was only after an hour had passed that the gate agents finally decided to grace us with their presence. This blatant disregard for punctuality and lack of communication is simply unacceptable, especially for an international flight.
To make matters worse, these gate agents had the audacity to make us wait to check in not once, but twice, claiming that the system doesn't open until 3 hours before the flight. This is absolutely ridiculous for an international flight. Passengers were left standing in long queues, wasting precious time, while the gate agents seemed indifferent to our concerns and discomfort.
The lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed by these gate agents was truly appalling. They exhibited a complete disregard for the passengers' time and needs, showing no empathy or willingness to assist. It was clear that they were more interested in going about their own business than providing any form of customer service.
Furthermore, the overall organization and management of the gate area was chaotic and disorganized. There was a complete lack of clear instructions or guidance, leading to confusion and frustration among the passengers. It felt like a free-for-all, with no one taking responsibility for ensuring a smooth and efficient boarding process.
Overall, my experience with the gate agents of Fly Nas at Amman airport was nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of decency, courtesy, and professionalism displayed by these individuals was deeply disappointing. The flight delays without any announcement, the gate agents showing up one hour after the scheduled departure time, and the unnecessary waiting to check in twice all added to the frustration and inconvenience of the journey. I strongly advise against choosing Fly Nas if you value a stress-free and organized travel experience.

Never flying FlyNas again
I was insulted and humiliated in front of 170 passengers when asked about the meal (which I had paid for)
I will never fly with this airline again even if I have to pay more I'll go with another airline. They have completely soured my experience. They should refund me the full 590 riyals I spent. Imagine the cabin crew humiliates you in front of every single passenger onboard and threatens to turn the plate around shouts at you pointing fingers at you. Absolutely disgusting the manager was Sultan. He later came to his senses and offered me a sandwich as if I'm a begger. I told him to keep it I lost my appetite
Poor Customer Service
For more than a month since December 24th i am struggling with flynas customer services and support +Airport Ground Operation. since that date i face an issue with my luggage as got them damaged/broken. I've been asked to fill multiple forms and send it by email. since that date until now, i sent over a 15 follow ups and reminders emails but unfortunately all my emails were ignored

My flight was today 3.55 pm from jedda to dammam. I was there around 2.45 standing about 20 min in serial in check in. When my turn came the supervisor in check in mostly named Ahmed said we can’t check in as we r late. He was so rude even didn’t hear from us anything. The other person tried to help us but that Bust* didn’t allow them to do so. The only option we got not to travel now and buy for new tickets. Never gonna fly with it. It’s kinda scam.

Lost my checked in bag. Have been chasing them for 2 weeks with no answer apart from its urgent and we will get back to you. Call centre is a joke. Whatsapp number a joke. Zero customer service. More chance of getting a response from stone.

Seat price on app misleading people, priced in SAR and bank deduction in USD, totally unprofessional when escalated to their customer service as they simply ignored the screen shot of the price and claimed and network issue to end the conversation

Absolutely terrible experience. No customer support whatsoever. It is extremely difficult to reach a representative (you call, they tell you to send an email, you send an email they tell you to call). Also, this airline does not offer a refund at all unless they cancel the flight themselves. So even if you purchase a Plus or Premium ticket, you will be charged SAR 200 EACH WAY to cancel and can only get the remaining amount as credit to use with Flynas. I’ve never seen such consumer exploitation and will never use this airline again to reserve my dignity.
Horrible experience
Booked ist to Delhi flight. 1 day prior to departure, they changed schedule. Arrival was delayed by 7 hours. I raised refund request. Refund was processed after 2 months after 25 plus email, Twitter follow up. I gave all hopes of refund. Finally when I raised Grievance on Saudi government portal they processed refund.
Overall bad service
When me and my friend trying to check in online the site is asking additional cost for check-in and upon arriving on the flight counter check-in. I’m 10mins late for counter check in , I understand that I’m late but it’s does not give the personnel or staff to be rude to me .you’re service online is not good already then the customer service is even worse

Treated rudely by the check in manager Said Abdullah. Was not permitted onto my flight with false claim that I need a visa. (Which I of course did not need, after getting tickets from another airline). Also the online checkin did not work and all of the customer support is handled via a useless whatsapp robot.

I did the online check-in through website, after completion the website downloaded a pdf file which is unable to open as it is corrupted file. Neither the boarding pass is showing in my account and also there is no way to get the boarding pass through website as it shows that the online check-in process is already completed.
