Excellent work by the technician my car is perfect again.

I could not be more happy with the result!
Adrian, the technician who did the work (and a previous job) was excellent.
Both the quality of his work and his customer service was exemplary!

Very happy with work carried out to my car

Like other reviewers I did have to wait a couple of months for the repair but during that period I acquired another scratch on the car; this had to be approved as a separate job but I was very pleased that instead of making me wait another two months they scheduled both repairs for the same date.
Brad texted the day before to confirm he was coming and did a great job on the car - perfect colour matching and no sign that any repairs have been carried out.

Excellent job done by Adrian, very friendly and courteous! Would of given 5 stars but for the lengthy time of booking in January and having to wait until April for repairs!! ( not good if you are waiting to sell your car)!

Had a small dent, with no broken paintwork, repaired recently. Damage was done just before Christmas so had to wait till after for appointment. Came by text saying March. Confirmation right up to day of arrival. However technician could not do the dent as ripple in door so he reported by email needed next stage technician. New appointment received for a fortnight time. Technician turned up but he was of the same level of the first one, so he could not do it. He rang straight away explaining their error and another appointment was made for April. Iain confirmed his time to arrive by text and phone call. He carried out repair and I am extremely pleased with result. You would never know that there had been a dent. A very talented man. Took about hour and a half. Thank you.

Great job and very friendly worker. There was no sign of the scratches once the work was completed. We were contacted by phone half an hour before the technician arrived.
The only problem was that it took a long time before we managed to get an appointment and the appointment was changed once and obviously put backwards.

Have used this company 3 times before for small cosmetic work and every time the attendance and repair has been excellent.

Absolutely happy with the service. Two of the technicians Nelson and John attended the job, one for dent and John for spray, they were totally professional and did a 'perfect' job. We had a scratch along the sill of our new car and when they'd finished, you'd never know it had ever been there. Took about 2->3 hours. Would recommend with their service.

Repair carried out under my BMW smart repair insurance. Nice guy and attention to detail, he masked behind the doors! Excellent job abd I am very pleased.

Flying Colours are so unreliable and slow. I have had 3 appointments changed without notice on one repair notified in Sept 18 and I am still awaiting a fourth booking for mid February 2019 so 5 months and still no repair. And 3 days of my life wasted fruitlessly waiting for technicians who never come.. Hugely stressful!

Smart repair company, which is neither smart nor does timely repairs. Bombards you with texts to contact them rather than actually pick up the phone and call you. Extremely long lead times to do the repair and sets many hoops to jump through. Customer and service are two words not known by this company.
