Contacted Coopers after non fault RTA. Highly recommended.
Nathan and the staff I dealt with were very helpful.
Do not let the insurance company take your car to one of their recommended garages after an accident! They work for the insurance first & foremost & have their best interest at heart, not yours, despite doing their best to push you into using one of their garages.
Coopers will put you first and deal with insurance company whilst keeping you informed so you are in control, rather than the insurance company telling you what will happen.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for my repairs now, they did a superb job and the final finish was second to none. They were courteous, professional and kept me informed along the way. I had a courtesy car provided and it meant there was no rush in sorting it, made the process much easier. Whilst I hope to never need another repair, I feel like I'm in good hands if I do.

When I first picked up my pride and joy from the dealer, I noticed some poor previous repairs had been carried out. I took her straight to Coopers where Nathan and his highly skilled team sorted it all! Gilly carried out the repairs and Leon painted her! She still looks magnificent 3 years later. I’ve just been back for another estimate as I will not go anywhere else! This team are the very best at what they do! 10/10

I was involved in my first accident after 35+ years driving and was lucky enough to be put in contact with Coopers. Rather than going with my insurers nominated repair shop without hesitation, I instructed Coopers as my repairer. From start to finish the service was outstanding they were accommodating and worked around me when booking my car in. They took care of all the back and forth with my insurer so all I had to do was collect my car and pay my excess. My car is my pride and joy and I was devastated thinking it was going to be written off after owning it for 12 years. It looks better than when I got it off the forecourt!
