Same as everyone. Paid on April and nothing received.

Ditto what many others have said re delays and lack of communication.
I finally received my packet of seeds after almost seven weeks, in a small clear bag with almost no instructions. They came together with a ridiculous 'note from our managing director' (BEng Hons) about how they acted to stop their online advertising and any more orders inundating them, and how they have now built their capacity to process all their orders. Potentially great for future customers but of zero use to me. Pity they hadn't communicated better in the first place.

Fraudulent - don't purchase from them. Reported as fraud to bank and now involving trading standards and police.
So disgusting that they have used this lockdown period to scam people.
The only positive review on here has been written by someone with the same name as one of their directors........

Paid on 10 April for delivery within 7 days. Not received and it is now almost 2 months later.
No reply to 4 emails to their website provided email. Customer telephone number is full with voicemail, no doubt complaining.

No point receiving now, planting window has passed for product I ordered. It was only 3 packets of seeds but I cant believe it would be hard to pop them in the post or send an email if they have closed company for covid. Still taking the money from people. It is bad service at best and a con at worst. Dont waste your time on these cowboys.

0 stars. How are these still on google, and why are paypal still being linked with this website. Just received my refund from paypal, so well done paypal.

I waited for over a month and despite emails and phoning I did not get anywhere. I then made a claim against my Paypal payment to get a refund. The seeds arrived three days later with a letter apologising for the delay. Not good customer service, but to be fair at least the seeds eventually came, albeit too late to sow for this year so I will need to keep them for next year.
This company would do itself a favour by being in touch with its customers by email at least, to let them know that their order is in the works, rather than a complete lack of communication.

I was about to write the same review everyone else did, about no product turning up, no correspondence etc, and then my seeds arrived through the post, with a letter from the MD explaining the reason.

Think about it, with everyone in lockdown across the UK, those with gardens think to themselves about planting and come across this website with decent prices. They will have had unprecedented amount of orders and then had to deal with these under strict social distancing and lockdown conditions. No wonder they have been overwhelmed. Give them a break! We're not under normal conditions here.

I ordered some sunflower seeds and they finally arrived and have germinated well. Very happy overall with the order and I'm grateful and looking forward to a garden full of beautiful flowers soon. Thanks FlowerSeedUK!

Do NOT order from this website! It’s completely fake. The payment goes to a ‘Daniel Stubbs’, and according to PayPal, his business is selling electronics?? Needless to say this company does not sell seeds and is a total scam. I’m lucky I paid through PayPal, as I escalated the claim and have just now received a full refund, as the guy didn’t even respond to PayPal. Please be careful folks!

Really wish I could leave 0 stars! like everybody else ordered seeds of this company no seeds, no answer to emails, no answer on the phone, absolutely scam contacted PayPal and escalating claim, hopefully I'll get my money back!
Did a search on Google with the phone number and that phone number comes up with lots of different companies all looking the same as the flower seed company selling all sorts of different things obviously all scams!

Seems that everyone has the same problem as me. Paid and not received any seeds. No reply to emails . The directors are Daniel Stubbs, Jason Stubbs and Joanne Mytton. Set up on 7th April this year. Should be investigated by police.

ordered flower seeds 6 weeks ago have not received them, they do not answer e mails and when you ring all it says is e mail box is full.

I wouldn’t give them any stars. Complete rip off. I ordered seeds 6 weeks ago.no response to the five emails I’ve sent them in last couple of weeks,their phone line says mail box is full can’t take messages.wished I’d looked at trust pilot before ordering. Another company / fake company taking advantage of people’s needs during lockdown 😡😡😡😡😡

Same as others, ordered (loads of) seeds 3 weeks ago and sent 2 emails with no reply. At least I paid with Paypal, will have to go through them for refund.

Order placed a month ago. No order has arrived. No answer to any correspondence so a PayPal case has been opened.

Don’t bother with this company. It’s awful! Shame on you.

Placed order in April and haven’t received the goods. They have ignored all my emails. Now having to go through PayPal resolution centre to make a claim. What a nasty bunch of people.

As stated in the other reviews: Seeds ordered over a month ago, and have not been delivered. I have tried calling (message says voicemail is full) and emailing, but no response. Hopeless.

Do not order from these people! Total scam. Ordered and paid for some seeds in April and still not received what I paid for. Sent emails but had no response! When will I learn to check trustpilot 1st!
