I have been waiting since April for my order. No order do not use this site. I have sent dozens of emails yet no reply. Pay pal do not deal with these people very upset.

Awful, took my money in April and nothing arrived. Tried contacting them in different ways with zero response.

Don't order off this website! I ordered some seeds on 3rd May and nothing arrived. I've tried calling and no one answers and the mailbox is full so can't leave a message. I've tried emailing and no response. I've now escalated to PayPal for a refund. I've looked them up on companies house and it was incorporated in April. The director, Daniel Richard Stubbs, seems to have a history/pattern with other companies too. And is it a coincidence that the only positive review on here is written by someone called Daniel?! Just awful behavior. I've followed advice on a similar review and reported via Citizens Advice and suggest everyone else who has had the same experience does this too. Website needs to be taken down!

Appalling company. As others I purchased seeds back in April and still not arrived. emails went unanswered and now their inbox is full so get bounced back. Shame on the directors of this company. You are not fit to 'trade'.
Update: Just checked out this company, 3 directors appointed on 7th April 2020 when incorporated. 2 have since resigned. However Daniel Richard Stubbs is still showing as a director and his home address is available.

Ordered in March, paid for first class delivery and still no seeds and no response. This website needs to be removed and made unable to purchase from.

I ordered seeds in early April & payment was taken from my account the same day. 2 months & several unanswered emails/phone calls later, I still have not received the goods. Do not buy from this firm.

Same experience as other buyers. Two months have passed - no seeds and no response to my emails. Refund received from PayPal thankfully. Definitely would not recommend using this company.

I have ordered the seeds in April, still have not received them. The seller is not contactable - they are not answering the phones and not responding to the emails. This is a scam company, avoid!

Not sure if this company is incompetent or a scam. Fortunately I paid via Paypal so I have got my money back
I have reported to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice and suggest everyone else who has had the same experience does this.

Appreciate there's difficulty at the moment but seriously, how long does it take to put some packets of seeds in an envelope. Just really really poor. No responses to anything, not even Paypal. Thankfully a refund obtained, but not thanks to this business. A 3 month wait (website says 2 week delay - a lie) and still nothing had been received. They ignore emails and calls don't go through. I wouldn't even bother, you won't get what you paid for anytime soon and they'll ignore you too. Order now in time for Christmas.

Further to my review of 12th May: In respect of my first order I have received a full refund from PayPal. Thank you PayPal.
Having recently escalated my second order to a "claim" I have today (11th June 2020) received the seeds. Various points arise; (1) it has taken 51 days for the order to be fulfilled and it is now too late to sow. (2) No communication from Flowerseeds whatsoever, other than the delivered seeds. (3) Seeds are packaged in a plastic grip seal bag measuring 9.6cm x 5.8cm. Plastic is not a suitable storage medium for seeds, hence the reason why recognised seed suppliers use paper. It is obvious that the seeds have been repackaged therefore raising a question about the quality and integrity of the seeds. Additionally no "sow by" date is displayed. Altogether a very unprofessional supplier that I will certainly NEVER USE again.

Ordered seeds in March and waited patiently. Ended up sending over 6 emails and never once did they respond. Launched a claim with PayPal and got my refund within about 3 weeks.

Keep well away from them, they are thieving crooks.

Ordered various seeds in early April. Nothing received. I rang and spoke to someone a month later, who said seeds would be with me the following week. Nothing received. I've phoned several times since, but get an answerphone on the mobile and 'mailbox full' message on the landline. I've emailed and asked for a refund several times. No response. Appalling.

Do not shop with these thieving con artists, I placed an order 3 months ago and have not received any goods, I have used there online query portal on 3 occasions and had no reply, I've tried to Email directly only to receive a message that there email limit is full........It wasn't a large sum of money but I hate dishonesty and crap customer service.....stay away from these Toerags !

Ditto all the foregoing - paid in April, nothing received and impossible to contact.Used Paypal Express Checkout and it would seem that the only way to reach Paypal's Resolution Centre to request a refund is via their Phone Support Service (which is currently suspended due CV19), unless anyone knows differently.I await its restoration!

It’s been months now since I made an order and I think I have to assume this company is a fraud. Multiple emails sent with no response and now their inbox is saying it’s full. I’m just glad I didn’t spend more! Why has no one removed them? They look legitimate when you visit their site but they are Cleary not. Just Please don’t buy from them, you will never receive your item.

Is this even a real company?! I ordered flower seeds from them on 13th April 2020, and was charged. I have received nothing, tried to email them - no response. Tried calling them - goes to answer machine and then says the inbox is full. I even contacted Citizens Advice about it but they aren't getting back to me either. Luckily I only spent £8. They need to be taken down. Do NOT buy from them whatever you do! Thanks to other reviews on here I have contacted PayPal and will hopefully be able to get my money back.

Same deal as everyone else. These people are rip-off merchants avoid at all costs. Thanks to PayPal, I got my money back.

I ordered seeds 13th April still haven't received them on 6th June. My advice to you keep your money as they haven't replied to my emails prior to today and when I've tried to email them today its bounced back as email not recognised

Shocking company (even considering the current covid situation).
Ordered in April and they took our money but have heard nothing since!
They do not respond to emails and do not answer their phones (even during their stated open hours 4pm-8pm).
Their phones go through to voicemail but the inbox is full so we cannot leave a message.
Avoid at all costs!
We will be going through PayPal to try and claim our money back.
