I ordered on February 14th, and the delivery was on the same day, but unfortunately, it was delivered the second day after calls and correspondences on WhatsApp... I hope the service will be improved for the better.

I expect to be more big and the designer is not a hard

I have ordered a flower bouqet on feb 13, and my order have not been received yet. It was supposed to be delivered of coure on 14th !! which it didn't. the call center was not helpful or oriented at all. I believe your company sould be able to take enough order that could deliever on the due date. please I would ask for a full refund back to my account in addition to that a compensation for ruiening the occasion and for all the promises and reassurance I kept getting from the call center. Anyhow I wanna keep my email brief, and looking forward for a reply.

not professional company - definitely not the one to rely on to deliver time critical bouquets. Not only they didn't deliver but they also tried to blame it on the client!!

It was on time and easy to place the order very convenient. Only one thing need to be fixed on the high demand periods the order tracking is not working I just received an email confirming the delivery of yesterday.

This is no guaranteed next-day delivery!
The real stars are earned where things don't go according to the agreed conditions and that is where this service has failed me. There was no communication to inform me about the delay. There seems to be a disconnect with the delivery device as it took them 3 days to figure out what was happening. My order did not arrive on the stated day.
I did get a reply via WhatsApp a day late. 3 days later the informed me the order was delivered (it wasn’t). They did however issue me a refund. The fact this was issued without question was a really great thing. I hope this company will get its act together, the fact they refunded me quickly indicates that the have some issues but are serious about customer service.

Delivery did not take place on Valentine's day. Worst of all is that a message was received the day after that the recipient could not be reached and the attempt was moved to the 15th. However, no delivery attempt took place at all as there was someone home at all time and the door camera showed no failed delivery attempt either. At least own up that your delivery capacity was insufficient and don't accept a premium delivery payment if you cannot fulfill it. Also no one will reply to your whatsapp messages, it is useless. Won't order here again

2nd time using floward and on both occasions the flowers have been amazing and 100% on point. This for me is my new flower company for when ever I need,

Brilliant! Been using this company for a few years now and they may not be the cheapest out there but the quality of flowers and delivery is exceptional! They have made every delivery on time every time even when I’ve ordered on the same day! Their customer service is exceptional and their drivers impeccable. I will never use anyone else ever. I contacted them via there what’s app page. I was in urgent need due to the fact that I am currently abroad and wanted to do something nice for my girlfriend. The team at Floward took all pressure and anxiety away from me and laid out all options. Very kind, attentive and very fast. I would highly recommend them and will most certainly be coming back.
