A Pool-Day Game Changer for Our Little One! 💦
We absolutely LOVE our FloatBuds! 💦 My little one is still getting comfortable in the water, and this floatsuit has given us so much more confidence during pool days. It’s comfortable, easy to get on, and lets him move his arms and legs while still giving him the support he needs. He was able to splash, play, and actually enjoy the pool instead of feeling restricted. Such a great addition to our summer pool days!

Freedom of movement was one of the things we were most determined to get right — the whole point is that they can splash and play properly rather than feel held back. Lovely to hear it's given you both more confidence on pool days.

No reasonable way to cancel, return or get refund
I ordered a suit for my grandson, which arrived a month after I ordered it. The only way to return the suit is to ship it back to China!!! and of course the cost for that is almost half the cost of the suit. I did try to cancel my order but was told it was too late. I would not deal with this company as there is no easy way to return products.

A month is longer than our standard 2–3 week window, and that's on us to do better. Our orders process within about 48 hours, so we'd like to look into what happened with yours specifically.
On returns: we source from our overseas facility, which is what lets us keep the suits at the price they are — making them locally would mean charging $75+, which we didn't want to do. The trade-off is that return postage is genuinely expensive, and we understand that's frustrating when it isn't what you expected at the point of ordering. It's something we're working on making clearer up front.

The float suit actually works
The float suit actually works. My 3 year old used to use puddle jumpers and I saw a massive improvement after 30 mins of swimming. She didn’t want my help at all and wanted to swim all by herself.

My order came quickly & correctly. The staff was personal and friendly - you can tell they really care about a quality product. My kids LOVE these suits, they are comfortable and have made summer so much more fun. And the matching towel ponchos were a hit too! Highly recommend!!

So cute, works exactly as advertised
I had a really great experience with FloatBuds from start to finish. I had reached out to customer service a few times and always received a response within one business day, so communication was never an issue for me.
I was also pleasantly surprised when my package arrived because I was only expecting the FloatSuit, but it also came with the cutest kid-sized hooded towel and a matching swim cap. It made the whole package feel like so much more than just ordering a float suit.
The FloatSuit itself worked exactly as expected. My son was able to comfortably run around and play outside of the pool with it on and then get right into the water and swim and play without it restricting his movement. We’ve been using it in Florida, and even in the heat he never seemed uncomfortable or too hot in it. I also really appreciate the UPF 50+ fabric for the added sun protection.
Overall, I’m really happy with both the product and my experience with FloatBuds. It’s comfortable, functional, thoughtfully designed, and we’ll definitely continue using

Lovely to hear the towel and cap were a nice surprise, and that the suit held up in the Florida heat. Comfort out of the water matters as much as in it, so we're really pleased he could run around in it happily. The UPF 50+ fabric is one of the things we're proudest of.

My boys love our new Floatbuds suits!
My boys love our new Floatbuds suits! They are so comfy and are actually teaching them how to swim! My almost 5 year old is able to use his arms and learn different swimming motions while continuing to get better at floating without assistance. Highly recommend!

My son swam great in this and has never had swimming lessons. He usually wears a bulky life jacket and jumped right in with us and it held him up great and he was swimming like a pro!!!

You can get these £5 cheaper at amazon, will arrive 3 weeks sooner than this lot, wont be delivered into your bin and the hat will likely fit your 2 year old head. What a joke. Not happy with this purchase AT ALL.

I absolutely do not recommend
I absolutely do not recommend! I asked to cancel my order within an hour after purchasing they refused and said it had already left their warehouse. I CHECK AND IT HAD NOT SHIPPED YET. It has been 3 weeks and I still haven't seen any updates to the shipping and have not received my product. Do not order from this company! You can find the same thing on Amazon and save yourself from a total headache.

We have loved our Floatbuds suit! My toddler is 2 and wears 2-3T clothing and I thought it fit true to size. It worked well and was quick to dry! The design is so smart and gave her more confidence in the pool without feeling so bulky! We love it!

I purchased Float Buds with my own…
I purchased Float Buds with my own money after seeing them online, and they’ve exceeded my expectations.
As a mom with young kids, I wanted a swimsuit that would help keep them safe while they build confidence in the water without restricting their movement. The quality is excellent, they’re easy to put on, and my child is comfortable wearing them. Most importantly, they’ve given me extra peace of mind during swim time while we continue working on swimming skills.
I was so impressed with the product that I’ll continue purchasing the next size up as my child grows until they’re a confident swimmer. I even shared an unsolicited review on my social media because I genuinely believe it’s a product worth recommending.

I was surprised it really works. My son is learning to swim and the swimsuit gives him confidence. The towels are really nice but the price is a bit to expensive for the quality of the product. But still we are satisfied. Let’s see how long the product will last.

On longevity — a quick tip: take the foam inserts out before washing, hand wash cold and lay flat to dry, and the Lycra holds its shape and colour beautifully season after season. Ok but not brilliant
Just back from holiday with our 3 year old grandson. He used the 3 to 4 year size and is 17kg or so,.well within the expected weight range. Found that whilst it did support to some degree, it didnt keep his head above the water like it shows in the videos when he was upright playing which meant he lost a bit of confidence to float on his tummy or back. If they are only for use when learning to swim i.e. on the back or front rather than general floating and safety it should be made clear (maybe I missed it) but the videos show children paddling upright with heads above the water. Didnt work for us. Every time we let go, he sank with his head below the surface almost as if he had neutral boyancy

It isn't self-righting and it won't hold a child upright with their head above water on its own. The 360° foam is deliberately designed to encourage the natural horizontal swim position — tummy or back, body level in the water — because that's the posture children need to learn to actually swim, rather than the upright bobbing that traditional floaties tend to create. That's why it's always for supervised water play with an adult within arm's reach. We take your point that this should be unmistakable from the outset, and we're passing it to our team to make sure it's clearer wherever people first see us.
