Such a waste of money. I ordered two toddler cups with extra lids and waited around a month for them to arrive. When they finally turned up, the packaging was battered and there was an incredibly strong chemical smell as soon as I opened them. The smell alone has completely put me off using them. I bought these for my toddler, and I simply don’t feel comfortable letting her drink from something that smells that strongly, especially when I can’t be confident the materials are what they’re advertised to be.
Unfortunately, they’ll be going straight in the bin, along with the money I spent on them. I definitely wouldn’t recommend these. The website and adverts make the products look much better quality than what I actually received.

Absolute nightmare—do not waste your money or time.

Extremely disappointing!

I honestly regret buying this cup. The quality is nowhere near what I expected for the price, and it started showing problems after very little use. The lid and straw are poorly designed and became frustrating to deal with, while the cup itself is nowhere near as spill-proof as advertised.

For something marketed toward kids, this is especially disappointing. I expected something durable, reliable, and genuinely practical, but instead I got a product that feels cheaply made and fails at some of the most basic things it should be able to do.

Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this product and wouldn’t buy it again.

Disappointed with the quality

I really wanted to like this cup, but unfortunately it hasn't lived up to my expectations. The quality doesn't feel as durable as I expected for the price, and I've had issues with the lid/straw after regular use. It also wasn't as spill-proof as I expected, which is especially frustrating when it's marketed toward kids.

Extremely disappointing experience! - the quality was way below what I expected and the product had a very pungent chemical smell. ABove all the refund experience made things even worse. Instead of resolving the issue promplty I was left even more frustrated and felt completely let down by the company.

AS of my experience, I feel like I wasted my money here. The product quality, customer service, and way my refund was handled were all unacceptable.

I am never buying again nor recommending them!

Joseph is the worst person when it comes to his product. cheap quality products and really bad customer service.

i reached out to them multiple times about my package delivery and no one ever contacted me back. i tried reaching out to them with their email support. dont recommend them at all.

After over a week of no response Mum Crew finally responded and refunded my money and told me to keep the cups.

I ordered three cups. The quality was poor. Cheap plastic, chemical smells, the wrap looked like someone did it with a Cricket. With in two days of receiving my order I initiated a return. I received immediate responses and was asked for information about my order and why I wanted to return. I provide the information and then was told someone would respond with how to return. That is when I got silence from them. I have sent three follow up emails with no response. I am going to file a dispute with my credit card if I do not hear back by tomorrow. Buyer beware, dont waste your money.

Horrible.
They will just take your money. It’s been one month and we haven’t even received the order. Email has been sent. No reply. Obviously from China. Extremely bad service and they just take your money. A robbery in a way.

Took a month to arrive and when it finally came packaging badly damaged. Initially looks like a very good product and on first opening I was happy however the cup smells so strongly of chemical and no mater how often I washed it the smell stayed and made the water taste of strong chemical. I am horrified I even allowed my daughter to drink from it!! It has gone in the bin. Much safer better products out there defo avoid!

They finally arrived, the packaging is all beaten up & it’s obvious they come from China from the disgustingly strong chemical smell and poor quality packaging. The smell is so bad that I don’t even trust the cups are made from the materials they claim they are & do not feel comfortable letting my toddler drink from them. Straight to the bin they go, along with the money we paid for them unfortunately! Would strongly suggest against buying these - don’t be fooled by the decent looking website and adverts like I was.

Ordered from this company twice. Both times it took over a month to receive the product and BOTH times product was missing. They claim it takes 2-3 weeks to process. Don't take my money until you process my order then, very simple. Still waiting to hear back from their crappy customer service team to get a refund for this product I'm still missing. Won't be wasting my time or money on this company EVER again.

I ordered 2 kids cups and one adult cup. When I received my order there was only 1 kid cup and 1 adult cup. I let customer service know and asked if the other cup would be coming in a separate package. I was told that the cup I ordered, was not shipped because it was out of stock. I was given a choice of a refund or to choose another cup. And there was a list of 6 cups that were out of stock so as not to chose one of them. I chose a different cup. The next day I got an email saying " the kid cup from your order was shipped together in the same package as the other two cups, and that package was marked as delivered to your address." So they are saying I lied. I say " I'm not going to argue. They don't know what the heck they're doing and they can keep their dang cup and I'll write a review about me experience. Too bad they have a great produce but the customer service makes them look corrupt.

Horrible, I ordered 3 mugs paid for them and the order still says pending. Contacting them only by email, plan on waiting for an answer. They send you a message saying that it’s being processed and will ship shortly. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

I wanted to upgrade my daughter’s “Honeybear”-bottle and got her one of these cups. She loves the designs but won’t drink out of it. I finally decided to take a sip myself to see what the problem was and there’s a pretty terrible taste coming from the cup (I assume it’s from the straw?). No matter how many times I’ve tried to clean it, the taste remains. I’m gonna see if I can find a different straw elsewhere to replace it but this is the first time I’ve come across such a bad taste. Neither of her other cups with similar straws have the same taste.
I think it’s worth noting that the cups are produced and shipped from China as well which on its own isn’t necessarily a bad thing but perhaps think twice before getting one. I wonder if the taste from the straw is some chemical leaking from it.

The cup handles break off. We bought 3 of these cups, all the handles broke off in about six months to a year. The website promises a lifetime warranty, but once you request to use the warranty, they never contact you again and you will never hear from them. Your cup will break and you will not get a replacement. Would not recemmend.

I ordered 2 cups on Feb 28th. I received 1 cup on March 10th. I emailed help@the mumcrew asking when the 2nd cup would ship as it said waiting details. As of March 22nd I have sent 4 emails and have received zero response. The cup still says waiting on details. So, you still have the 2nd cup and my money. Either mail me the cup or refund my money. Terrible customer service!

i placed and paid for a order on the 2nd september 2025, i sent email weeks later saying no cup had been delivered, i received a email saying so sorry but this is out of stock and will contact you, i have heard nothing. i replied again and again with initial email sent and no response at all, so trading standards here we come, rubbish site and stolen my money

Ordered something 3 months ago. All I feel like I get from customer service is a robot talking back to me. It like I can't get in touch with an actual human who works for this company at all. Not a good look in my opinion, but hey what do I know about customer service oh wait 13 plus years in it.

The item I ordered was for 3 cups for 21.95. I only received one. Back and forth and back and forth with no promises ever kept. Finally requested refund, never got one! Don’t trust these people no matter how cute their products are!!
