If I could give this 0 stars I would. Went in august for 2 hours, got near front of queue to be told ride has broke down. There were many rides shut. The rides are rusty and paint flaked off everywhere. So run down its like a something out a horror movie. I complained and was offered a half price ticket to return, which never would, they couldn't give me free ticket to return! I also paid more online thinking I getting a good price when I got the the gate it was less and wasnt even offered the price difference. Absolute joke

Staff was pleasant, disappointed at how many rides wasn't open so there was queue s for the big rides, there was hardly any rides for the small ones open . The site and toilet s were clean. There was hardly any food outlets open, settle for burgers and fries not bad but not good eatable what we saw of the zoo was interesting,but a lot of animals not on show n. In all its a expensive day out.

Filthy, grimy awful place. A lot of rides/services were closed. The staff were rude and unhelpful and bordering on aggressive! What a rip off.
Even my 7 yr old grandson noticed the attitude of the staff!
Polite suggestion, clean up your act Flamingo Land!! And lower your prices to represent the customer experience.

Had an amazing day some rides were shut but the rides that was open didn't have big queues. Max wait we had was 5 mins. Weather didn't put us off having an enjoyable day. The staff we came into contact with on the rides were so friendly

We had a terrible experience here just over a month ago with many attractions shut or in a terrible state, some of the staff were rude and the cleanliness was appalling. To top all of this off though the customer services team have not deemed me important enough to respond to.

This park is the most expensive theme park in the uk and the worst experience

I struggled to give them one star.

I would respect them more if they actually wrote in their advertising literature that people with disabilities are not welcome at the resort, rather than introducing a range of measures clearly designed to make them exclude themselves.

Shame on everyone working there or connected with the resort, you are a disgrace to yourselves and humanity.

We won’t be coming back, so I suppose you have achieved your objective as far as we are concerned.

The park is neglected and in desperate need of some TLC. The height restrictions listed on the website often do not match those at the park, which led to some disappointment for my children.
That said, most of the staff were not particularly bothered about checking height or safety, which was very concerning! In some instances the safety features on the rides themselves need revisiting (these are mostly on the “smaller” rides, but even so).
My children really enjoyed the zoo and the splish splash area - those were the highlight of the day. Food was okay and the toilets were clean.
The day out was not terrible, but not worthy of a return visit. I didn’t expect anything spectacular going in, but even then left fairly disappointed.

Fantastic holiday , park was very busy but we expected this knowing covid did happen lol . Entertainment was great lots of kids activities . Food and drink prices are on the higher side but not nearly as bad as some caravan sites in towyn . Overall i would recommend flamingo land but understand covid did happen and understaffings a uk wide problem . Some of these reviews are people expecting to go into a empty theme park in august holidays pre lockdown .

Absolutely shocking. Half of the rides were closed or open later on in the afternoon- this is not ideal considering the park closes at 5pm!

The choice of food stations to choose from is absolutely dyer. There is a large diner which is only open to people who are staying in the park on a holiday! Seems slightly unfair.
We ended up eating from Cooplands which is fine but I have one of those round the corner from my house! Not exactly a new experience.
Even the drinks/ice cream trucks that are situated around the back end of the park near the animals, we not open.

There is just no atmosphere whatsoever- no music, no life.

I don’t mind paying theme park prices at all. It’s not everyday you get to visit these types of places but the price these charge for a family of four is outrageous considering what they offer is so little. I can only imagine how disappointed bigger families would be!

My kids are not ungrateful in the slightest but we got in the car to go home after spending the full day there & they said ‘we’ve only been on 3 rides’.

Do not waste your money here, pay the same price for somewhere else and get your money’s worth.

we were lucky in that we managed to go on a day where there was not a lot of queuing, However, i don't know if it is just me but the rides are either slowed down or ever shorter in their duration than they should be. e.g the voodoo ship hardly picked up any pace and after around 10 swings ground to a halt!!, now people go for a thrill and after waiting around at least have the decency to provide a half decent thrill once on the ride. there were also a number of rides not in operation which was not stated on the website.
seems its a get them on and off as quick as possible set up.

an absolute disgrace of a place. you walk in with signs stating "all rides open" however when you walk through the park not all the rides are open and worse some rides only operate from 2pm to 5pm. this of course causes huge delays on the open rides. we wait almost 2hrs for one ride. we bought 2 family tickets = £250 and got their at 11am and left at 5:30pm however only managed to get on two rides. we couldnt even buy queue jumper tickets yet there were loads of people jumping the already huge queues. I will tell anyone that listens DO NOT waste your money going to Flamingoland. if you want to see animals go to Doncaster Wildlife Park, if you want rides go to Alton Towers

i have been a caravan owner on and off for the past 20 years and i have never experienced some of the things we are experiencing now.
The management have obviously changed because the place is so miss managed this must be obvious to Mr Gibb, the place is dirty the toilets smell.
i went in the club house on friday about six o clock my feet where sticking to the floor this is not good considering we still have covid the cleaning should be prioritized.
my late mother and my father bought this caravan two years ago i was involved in the negotiations with them and the sales manager.
we told the sales manager we was interested in this new caravan but as our family was growing we wanted 8 Passes so we can all enjoy the caravan, the sales manager gave us 8 passes with no mention of for only two years.
so this year we went to get our passes and we have another new manager dealing with this called David this manager told my dad we can only have 6 passes this year,we asked why he told us you only get the 8 passes for two years .
now as this was not mentioned or put in writing at the sale point i think we have been mis sold this caravan.
we have since been speaking to other owners and they are still getting there extra 2 and 4 passes in some cases surly this is not right.
so let's mention the party in the park with peter andre
we and many other holiday home owners and holiday guest were left without any where to go on this night because you had to pay £15 per person to get in to the party because they had put a big fence all around the club and the outside stage.
this left nowhere for anybody who did not want to watch peter andre to go.
so we all lost a night of our holliday thank you flamingo land!!!
To top it off the night after my dad wanted to go to the club he is disabled and can not walk far so he drives down to the club and parks his car in the disabled bay.
only to find out they had pulled all the fencing down from the party in the park and stacked it in all the disabled bays, this is good management!!!!!!
and last but not least the rides are poorly maintained they are forever breaking down in my opinion and from my observations there is no pre planned Maintenance done.
The whole management from top to bottom need to get with this and fast before it is to late every department is failing customers and with out customers you will have nothing.

Very disappointed. The park looked tired and quite neglected. Overflowing bins in the ride queue areas attracting wasps. We know that during the school holidays the queues will be long, but the park was extremely crowded meaning the queues for all the big rides were really long. The 2 young guys serving in the pizza place in the Zanzibar food market were overwhelmed, there were only 2 people in the queue in front of me yet I had to wait 20 minutes to order and a further 25 minutes to get 2 portions of chips and a slice of pizza. I would advise if you really want to waste your money going here take a picnic. The only saving grace for this theme park is the zoo. The animals all look well cared for.

I had the worst experience ever at flamingo land I paid £120 for three people we only got on 4 rides as the queues were two hours LONG I also went to the Q buster to see if I could get the Q jumps which last time I went to flamingo land was only £4 per ride per person this time I went they was charging £50 for five rides per person which when you have two other teenagers with you the total for Q Jump would be £150 fir 5 rides not everybody can afford this I can’t understand why flamingo land allow so many people in at once so that the queues are ridiculously Long for the price that you pay I expected to get on more than 4 rides there was way too many people in flamingo land at once they should have a limit amount of people in one day so that everybody can I have a fair share of all the rides this totally ruin our day and made my child even more disappointed I will not be going to flamingo land any time soon and if anybody who reads this I wouldn’t if I were you waste your money

Do not go to this place. It is a rip off and a disgrace. Paid £150 and spent all day doing 4 rides, many were closed making it even busier. No response to complaints afterwards. The lowest of the low.

Would give it 0 if I could. Didn’t go on a single ride as half were shut, no social distancing or cleaning of rides so this cannot be the cause of the long queues (over 2.5 hours). Definitely would not recommend going there, seems run down and overpriced. £42 each and not even half the rides open. Avoid!

Never again 200 quid for 6 of us the kids been on 2 rides the whole day massive ques too many people in what the shortest ques are at coopelands never bringing the kids again

The owners of this place are clearly lining up one last cash grab before calling in administration. The place is a massively overpriced, massively understaffed sh*thole. I can’t even must up a properly detailed review because it was just the most disgusting place I’ve ever been to. It looked like a going out of business end of line clothing store, but with hordes of unwashed toothless scruffs everywhere. I went on 2 rides the whole day due to the queues. The food was utterly disgusting (and yes overpriced) there was no cleaning operation in place (apart from one young girl who looked like a zombie). We did look at buying a fast track ticket - £50 each lol - but even then you’re only allowed on the same ride once, and have to wait an hour to use it for something else? What? I last went to flamingoland in 2005 and it was alright, this time however will be the last. Please don’t bother going if you’re on the fence about it, most rides are broken intermittently, it’s filthy, no one gives a monkeys about customer service, they let far too many people into the park so expect queues for absolutely everything. Exhausting day out, and a very expensive one!

Having visited flamingo land as a child and then with my own children I thought it would be a good place to take my GRANDAUGHTER as we were having. Staycation nearby.
disappointing doesn’t even cover it we arrived to overflowing bins, rubbish was everywhere in the bushes along the walkways the whole place just looked grubby, the rides could all do with a paint as could the fences , it looks run down and uncared for.
Ques weren’t to bad for the smaller rides, lots of rides were off as were the train, monorail and ski lift .
Larger rides had ques of around 2 hrs .
The park shuts at 5pm !!! In the height of summer
Went to the zoo lots off animals were nowhere to be seen , saw a couple of meerkats,a rhino, zebra, giraffe , loads of ducks and a very noisy peacock , just saw empty pen after empty pen,
So disappointing ,
the parks been shut for so long surley they could have painted it and maintained the rides during this time .
We won’t be back anytime soon
