Do not use. Order placed, gets marked as dispatched the same day. After a week or so, nothing arrives, you email politely asking for tracking / update. No response. Phone number rings out without response. Do not use.

Item arrived damaged and I am still waiting for a returns label after 4 times of asking.

Very pleased with the mug and jewellery tree which have just arrived, a couple of days late(hence4*) but the best packaging I have seen.

I quickly ordered from flamingo gifts after seeing a Google ad for an item I needed. I only saw the negative reviews after I had purchased my item so I was worried that I would have issues. However, I ordered on a Friday morning, the item was dispatched later the same day, and it arrived in perfect condition on the following Monday morning! The website is slightly awkward to use on mobile, but other than that I would definitely shop with the site again.

I placed an order without difficulty which arrived quickly. However the item was badly marked and not of an acceptable standard. I emailed Flamingo Gifts twice, attempted contact through Facebook and called the number on the website multiple times all with no response whatsoever. Terrible service.

Terrible company!! Avoid at all costs. Order never arrived and customer service will not respond to any emails or calls. Will never order from them again!

My order for 'odd socks' was dispatched promptly and was very well packaged. No problems. They are a yet to be delivered birthday present for a crazy friend, so cannot comment on quality.

Ordered some items from here for my daughter's birthday and she loved the items. They came fine, and delivery was free. So not sure about the other reviews? I will order again and would highly recommend.

Dreadful. Still waiting for my order to arrive over a month ago! Customer service is non existent. No one is interested in helping refund or find my order. Do not order from here.

Ordered an item and was not what i expected, so sent it back at a cost of £13..... Flamingo gifts received and signed for it on 27th July... Today is September 4th and still waiting on refund. Every excuse in the book. Will claim off CC if they fail to respond!! Very very poor!!

I'm surprised at all the poor reviews as my experience of shopping with this company has been excellent.
I found a throw that I'd seen on other sites at a much lower price and was also able to apply a 10% discount code. Delivery was free.
Order placed Thursday evening, despatch notification received next day and the throw was delivered by Royal Mail, boxed and well packaged, on the Tuesday (would have been Monday but it was Bank holiday).
Exactly what I wanted at a great price and very fast and free delivery. Would here shop again.

Ordered 2 blankets from Flamingo gifts yesterday afternoon and they arrived via Royal Mail this morning, that’s only 20 hours!!! Packaged well in a box. Amazing service and the blankets are perfect. Many thanks.

I ordered an expensive laptop cover which was faulty. I have emailed them three times now regarding a return but they have failed to respond to any of my emails. After reading other reviews where they have failed to refund people who have returned goods I don't know what to do now.

Flamingo gifts as excellent, I ordered and recieved Orla Kiely mugs, and recieved within two days, I can't complain at that!
Ordered 4 mugs, excellent quality, exactly as described and really lovely at good price compared to other sites.

Avoid these bunch of crooks, when my order failed to turn up they promised a refund I never got it and they ignored my e mails judging by all the negative feedback

I was very wary about purchasing from Flamingo Gifts after reading some of the previous reviews, however I had a very positive experience placing an order with them. Admittedly the website doesn’t have the most professional feel and I was a bit concerned that delivery information such as couriers used is not provided. I paid via PayPal to ensure I was well protected should anything go wrong.
However my order was dispatched the date after purchase and arrived 2 days later. The laptop case I ordered is very high quality and was sold at a much lower price than on other sites.

As this hasn't been resolved to my satisfaction I have to give them 1 star. Have sent 2 throws back - at my own expense - near £8 and have had no refund - near £96. Getting on for two weeks now and no response from emails. So glad I paid with PayPal, looks like I am going to have to go through them to get my money back. Laura sounded so genuine too.

I saw the ratings on TrustPilot were very low so decided to order from eBay instead; I didn't realise when I ordered but it turns out the seller on eBay was Flamingo Gifts anyway and I had no problems at all. The product arrived in perfect condition and is excellent quality. It also arrived within 5 days (during a pandemic as well I might add!) so 10/10 all round.

flamingogifts.co.uk - I ordered two packs of socks from this company and they came the next day, really excellent service and the product was exactly as described. I would use again and would recommend this company from my experience.

I would rather give this company a minus 5 stars. Bad customer service. Bought 2 jackets before Christmas and got them finally in January. The jackets are women’s x-large when I ordered mans x-large. When I contacted them to return was told their jackets are not gender made and there was a size chart on the order screen. No there wasn’t a size chart and no where did it say their products were not men or women’s. Who would buy such a product. So sorry I wasted my time and hard earned money on the poor excuse of a company. Still waiting on my refund after 2nd email to them. Hope they go out of business soon.
