Very bad experience due to a lack of knowledge of the Taiwanese products they sell (in this case replacement headlights for a Mercedes E class EW211 including daytime running lights). According to them, the LED daytime running lights are inoperative and only present for "looks". That's strange, because a good electrician will know how to make them work ... Worse still, their after-sales service is deplorable. If you're not satisfied with the product and want to return the parcel to them, it will cost you a fortune (for example, from France to Germany: more than €50) and they couldn't care less. The reply is: "that's your problem, sir". In short, these amateurs should be avoided at all costs. If you want to buy this kind of product, turn to real professionals who will give you the right explanations and useful advice.

10/10 would order from them again! order got to the UK very quick. some parts did get lost in transit but I let them no and they resolved the problem with no issue great company

So happy with my recent purchase. Bought a new gaming seat for an Xmas present - about £100 cheaper than a second hand purchase of a very similar item, dispatch was quick, reasonable and easy, no customs issues as under £135 and delivered in great condition. Still needs to be assembled but so far all looks great.

I bought some front headlights for my BMW Z4 e85 model and this took over a week to get to me also you need to follow the tracking code after five days you would need to contact Parcel Force to pay for the tax this cost me £63 my headlights cost me £291.

Bought coilovers and a set of sports seats. surprised at

how good the products are for the price.

The parts are working as intended.

Bought their "upgraded" stainless steel coilovers for my audi A3. Shipping to Canada was fairly quick which was nice. Coilovers look nice, but the threads on one of the front strut assemblies came damaged, causing the lockring to become suck (after it had thread in perfectly for 2 inches).

I reached out to their customer service email, as this is clearly a manufacturers defect. Their representative from the export department, David Howe, was repetitive, useless, and rude. I explained the situation, sent pictures, and offered to send videos. The only reply I would receive back was "sorry your claim lies with the garage who damaged them", which is nonsensical as if anybody had bothered to look at the pictures I sent it is clear that my problem came as a result of a poorly manufactured product.

Extremely disappointed to say the least. I even asked to be able to buy a replacement, and continued to receive the same reply.

Springs are bouncy and overall suspension is passable, but lacks dampening.

Unless you are German or can take advantage of Germanies strong warranty laws, don't buy from here. Spend $30 more and buy from another company in North America who takes warranty claims seriously and makes a better dampened product.
