Mache sie auf al erstes sehe ich eine Reklamation von einen anderen kunden…
Scheinwerfer innen gebrochen…, innen auch zerkratzt da sie ja gebrochen sind, pinns halten nicht richtig
Habe alles repariert da ich die gleich brauchte

Für Händler leider ein Problem. Bei der ersten Lieferung schlecht verpackt so dass Flaschen ausgelaufen waren, wurde aber durch eine Gutschrift zufriedenstellend gelöst. Beim zweiten mal wurde em Paket eine Rechnung beigelegt obwohl wir ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen haben dass keine dem Paket beigelegt werden sollte.

Ho ordinato degli stop a led presso il loro sito. Prezzo conveniente, stop spettacolari e mai visto un imballaggio migliore! Stra-consigliati per un aftermarket e soprattutto per auto piu' particolari o con una certa eta'.

I've used FK a few times now. Never had any issues, always arrive in a good time frame considering I'm in the UK. I've always purchased either headlights or taillights for various cars, the quality of the items is perfect and the fitment has always been great. The tracking they provide is spot on and easy to use.

Was 2 months trying get get something I bought sent back and get my refund. Sent messages and rang but never answered, only got a brief message at the start then got No message after a month. In the end got a through to someone and got my refund sorted out, wouldn’t recommend at all.

A terrible company to deal with. From the worst communication to appalling customer service, this company should be avoided at all costs. Ordered some headlights for my BMW X6 and on the order I asked if they were compatible with my car as the description was very vague. Didnt get a reply so sent them a separate email asking again. Next I get a notiifcation saying they had shipped to which I replied saying will they fit and if not can I return them. They ignored that and just said If I wasnt happy I could return them within 14 days. So they arrived and surprise surprise they didnt work . This was after paying cutoms fees of over £80 on top of the purchase price so I emailed again saying I would like to return them but can they cover the cost of the shipping back. They just ignored me and said it was up to me to get them back. Well frankly your customer service stinks, your apathy to customers is a sight to be seen and I will ensure that all my friends know never to use your services or company again.

Achtung. Meine vor 2 1/2 Jahre gekauften LED Rückleuchten hat eine einen Kurzschluss in der Blinkerfunktion. Es ist alles fest verbaut, sodas man die ganze Rückleuchte jetzt wegwerfen kann. Telefonisch ist die Firma FK gar nicht erreichbar, sodas ich eine EMAIL schrieb. Diese beruft sich auf eine 6 Monatige Garantie, die längst abgelaufen wäre?! Das heißt, das der Hersteller und die Firma FK sehr viel Vertrauen in das eigene Produkt hat und nur 6 Monate Garantie auf ihre Produkte gibt (billigster Chinaschrott lässt grüßen). Kulanz und Kundenzufriedenheit bei FK Automotive NICHT vorhanden. Nie nie wieder.

WARNING,,,,,, do not use this company they are not to be trusted , they will scam you , no customer after service they just want your money , I bought 2 x miami bucket seats for 225£ , you have to pay 67£ vat on top for postage into the uk , the 2 new seats arrived ripped everywhere , not new used , only good for the bin , they said they would speak to the manufacturer as it’s not there fault , yet I bought from them , I put in a PayPal claim and won yet they only paid a refund for the seats not the vat , so no I’m out of pocket £67 pounds vat for there faulty goods , they think it’s ok that I’m out of pocket because of there incompetence, if I had not put in a claim , they would not have paid a penny , so don’t get scammed by them
