Fast and efficient
Fast and efficient. The company website was back up and running very quickly after a malware infection.
Hopefully I wont have to use fixed again but if If we ever get infected again they will be my first port of call.

My issue was resolved although it took more time than I would have liked because the agent I was working with suddenly went on break and ghosted me for 45 min. I then received an email in spam once I closed out of my ticket about a fitness app I had "ordered." Thankfully there was no charge on that app but it concerns me that things were vulnerable during this break time.

Excellent help
Excellent help, both on the phones and online via their task system. They have 24 hour cover and respond quickly. Our previous hosting company took forever to try to assist, Fixed.net were marvellous cleared malware and within minutes.
We were so impressed we moved all our hosting, emails and are on a yearly contract now with Fixed.net

Where others failed.
Needed a one off fix following difficulty connecting email to website. Sabrina identified and resolved the problem in no time at all. Previous "expert" from another site had been trying for weeks without success. This is the place to look for authentic talent.

Used the service twice and they fixed my word press issue very quickly.
Tried to fix the issue by myself and ended up wasting lots of time on you tube trying to DIY’ing it and only grew frustrated. Just hire the o professionals. 5 stars.

Wordpress Theme Error
I had an issue with the Wordpress theme on my website. For some reason, my theme was updated to the default theme. I couldn't figure out why. So, I reviewed tech support companies online and decided to give fixed.net a shot. I'm so glad I did! My agent, Sabrina, was professional and fast!
