I used the one-off fix option to retrieve an old Wordpress site that I thought I'd lost forever due to various migrations and security updates. This was really my last attempt before deleting everything and starting again. I was initially concerned about getting a 3rd party involved but I didn't need to worry at all. My agent Dicko was immediately assigned and responded quickly in the chat. He was very clear in what he needed from me and was extremely helpful and understanding. The whole process took less than 24 hours to resolve and Fixed were in contact throughout that time keeping me informed with updates and the fixes they were attempting. Highly recommend to anyone like me that is dealing with an old site where you have lost track of settings and even some host details. Great detective work. Genuinely impressed!

Phenomenal service. The agents took the time to look into each issue and fix it. I feel some of the agents could use more training to make sure they follow some more best practice (i.e. re-enabling any plugins they disable) but they took the time to fix everything and got our website back up.

These people are brilliant. My WP website had a virus and crashed. No one could help. Fixed.net cleaned it up, updated the version and PHP, migrated it to their own server and now maintain it for me. Their engineers are a pleasure to work with, nothing is too much trouble for them and they really know their stuff.
