Brilliant service as always. These guys are quick to respond and quick to fix any problem. If you are a small company like we are and can't justify having a tech guy on the payroll, then fixed is the perfect solution. 10/10 again and again.

I was over moon with first couple of things but must of hit lucky getting skilled people.

I migrated and added a currency plugin which sparked two issues the currency one we kept going around in circles so moving it back to on hold.

The other I said on 4 maybe 5 occasions I think it’s a caching issue, site inaccessible at times on mobile and wording size changing. Was told not and everything is as it should be. One of the main issues a lot of thier staff are overseas so you don’t get responses until you’re in bed. I spent some time and found it was a caching issue and one of the plugins need configuration due to conflict so turned it off. I said I did not want them making changed this time as I lost so much due to this already asked what changes they would look to make etc. then seen an email saying they turned it on (no changes) all working fine which it was not so again my sites been down about 6 hours due to this.

The thing is there’s so many people dips in and out if it’s not something simple and guess with that they all don’t have same skill set. Some seem amazing I have to admit but others not so.

My only other negative is the response time it’s mostly 7-10 hours which is good but sometimes it’s just a email to say my shifts ended passed you to the 5th person for this query so not great.

Simple tasks it’s great, price point great, one offs maybe ok long term confidence in them to support for all need probably not so.

When my site had some issues, my webhost recommended Fixed. Initially I wasn't sure about asking someone that wasn't local (i.e. AUS/UK)- but they were brilliant. The whole process actually. From sign in, the clarity of what they offer, first chat with questions, payment, chatting to the agent fixing the problem - everything was clear, reassuring, efficient and professional. Hendra worked on my site. I logged the task, and within about 7 mins he was there saying hello. (I had no idea a problem I had lost sleep over for months worrying about the cost of fixing it & the affect it was having on my business) - would be solved so quickly. I was thrilled. Hendra was super fast, but also kind & patient. (He didn't make me feel like a tech dummy. (Even though I am.) I'm very happy!

These guys are amazing! I can't get enough of their service. I've reached out to them multiple times, and trust me, you won't be disappointed. The last time, Unggul worked on my site, and he was always polite and helpful. He managed to fix the issue with my website and exceeded my expectations. Before, I used to go to Fiverr for website problems, but every time I did, I ended up with more issues. I was in a real bind when my WordPress site went down unexpectedly. With no internal technical team to turn to, I was stressed and searching for immediate help. I found "Fixed" online and decided to give them a try, and I am so incredibly glad I did.

Great experience top to bottom. Enlisted their services to fix a client's web page (a malicious piece of code was inserted into an old Wordpress template). Everyone (Unggul in particular, as well as Hendra and Erald) was super patient while I gathered information from my client, explained what they needed, identified the issue, and corrected the problem quickly. Hope I don't have to , but I would definitely use their services again.

I joined FIXED.NET in within 1/2 hour, Edo (Agent) FIXED our issue! It was better than having a webmaster of our own! I joined for the one time fix and would do it again in a heartbeat!!

My free website had been deleted somehow and I was unable to get it back on my own, and when I got a paid site so I could talk with the Wordpress techies they were unhelpful. So I gave fixed.net a try. There was a coordination problem given the much different time zones between me and the fixed.net folks, and it took several days for us to get on the same page. But once we were, in two days they had my free website up plus gotten me a refund from Wordpress. Not doubt I will use them again if I have another website disaster.

After an initial hesitation and a minor miscommunication in the beginning, I've had nothing but a fantastic experience!
The team was extremely fast, once I understood they way they operate they've nailed every single request and fixed it or gave advice if not able to. Spot on and very helpful. Especially for a tiny business with lack of knowledge in website creations, coding, design etc, this was a saving grace.
Being based in NZ with Fixednet seemingly based in the UK, operating in different time zones was not only not a problem but made it an even better experience for someone with an already busy schedule to wake up to numerous problems solved.
