Awesome job done on recovering hacked website
I was totally blown away by the amazing job done by Erald, Yashaswini and the rest of Fixed.net team. Our website was infected with malicious content which crashed the site. The team got us up and running in no time. Very affordable too.

I am beyond happy with the service! Arridho, the agent assigned to my task, was incredibly responsive and communicative. He went above and beyond to ensure the task was completed perfectly. I was especially impressed with how quickly an agent was assigned and how fast he responded to my issue. In no time, he resolved the problem with my WordPress plugin. Peace of mind 24 hours a day.
Fixed.net are great, I've used them for years and I can always rely on them to respond quickly and get issues sorted no matter the time day or night. They've helped me out of some big Wordpress messes in the past and its been a lifesaver to have them. I've actually moved away from Wordpress to Shopify but I still use Fixed.net to host my email and sort out and domain/dns issues because its worth the peace of mind to have them on hand if I get stuck.

Fantastic Support
Have been using Fixed for about 4 months, on the occasions I have needed help they have responded very quickly and have resolved all the issues / requests. Last night I had a major issue and logged it with them just before midnight, after exchanging a couple of emails with Dana he resolved the issue by 0100 and I was back up and running taking orders on the site. Amazing company and I am so glad I chose them as our main support. Can not fault them on response or expertise.

WooCommerce discounts not being applied
Arridho from Fixed saved my inexperienced brain hours of research (I had already done one before deciding to get in touch). Discount coupons were not being applied to WooCommerce baskets on my site, even though I had ticked a box saying they should be.
The problem was easy to solve, but I was heading away from it in the online search rabbit hole I was in.

Fixed.Net are Fantastic
I absolutely love this company, they are brilliant! They are always there to help you at any time of the day. I have been with them for about one year now and they have fixed everything there is to fix with my wordpress/woocommerce store. More recently the two agents Arridho and Laila both helped at different times to correct issues on my website. Initially all the prices on the website disappeared, they fixed that. Another time there was a critical error with the website, they have also helped to adjust and size our pictures, fix images and the dimensions of things on both mobile and desktop as well as many more other things. I am so grateful, without fixed.net helping to maintain the woocommerce website I do not know what I would do. They give you so much support and get tasks done fast. So if you have any problems with your wordpress/woocommerce website, contact them. I recommend them 200%.
