Zunächst war die Lieferzeit sehr lang. Danach erhielt ich eine Nachricht, dass die Ware bald ankommen würde.
Nach etwa 13 Tagen habe ich dem Händler per E-Mail mitgeteilt, dass ich die Ware nicht mehr benötige.
Daraufhin habe ich mein Geld über PayPal zurückerhalten.

Anschließend bekam ich jedoch die Mitteilung, dass die Ware angeblich zugestellt worden sei.
Ich habe die Ware nicht erhalten, und der Händler reagierte nicht mehr auf meine Anfrage, bei wem die Lieferung abgegeben wurde.

Für mich wirkt dieses Verhalten absolut unseriös. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass es sich um einen Betrug handelt.

DO NOT USE WEBSITE there is no refund for inaccurate orders, sent wrong item then ghosted.... Scam site do not use

Disappointed in that the website is .co.uk when in fact, the item I have ordered (orthopedic house slippers) is being shipped from somewhere in Wuhan China!

AVOID they claim to have processed my refund but they have not, been waiting for refund for over a month.... Rubbish products and rubbish service

I wish I had read the reviews for this company before I purchased the slippers... They took forever to arrive then when they did they were too small. So I did as the website told me and rang the number to create a return. The number doesn't exist!!! So I emailed but no one has got back to me. So now it looks like I am stuck with some slippers that are no good to us. I wouldn't even give these people a 1 star if that was possible. Terrible service! Would advise anyone NOT to buy from them.

I was expecting the UK supplier would provide my order, however the tracking information came from China. The order had a 5-8 day delivery period. After three weeks the order had not been collected from China by the courier. It is very difficult to contact Fittergear UK as they do not answer the mobile phone or text messages. Recommendation is not to buy products from this supplier.

Have ordered some slippers here which took a while to come and are not as described on the website . Took a while to arrive and are very poor quality . They look like cheap Chinese imports. No one has responded to my 2 emails for the supposed return label and the phone number in unavailable. DO NOT BUY FRIM THIS WEBSITE . I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS HERE

Reading some of the previous reviews caused me some concern but as my own experience has been somewhat different I feel it is only fair to write this review.

I bought a pair of thermal leggings which were too small and contacted the company to request a return following the return guidelines on their website. Initially I received no response either by email, mobile, WhatsApp etc. However, I persisted and about 3 weeks later I did eventually receive a reply.

Since then communication has been consistently good, and the company offered to replace the item at no extra cost. I received confirmation of dispatch of the replacement item, which arrived today.

Absolutely diabolical company and product quality. My wife ordered me some slippers for Christmas, they are nothing like the photo on their website, and one is bigger than the other. Have tried to contact the, regarding returning the very poor quality item. The customer service is none existent, a mobile number which never answers a call and an email address that also never replies. Avoid this sham Chinese company at all costs. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE.

I made the error of not viewing this company on Trustpilot first! Doh, cardinal sin.
The products are chinese imports so I am guessing no better than those on Amazon at half the price.
The UK address is a scam - it is a council house in Surrey. They do not reply to you, despite numerous emails.
The goods take forever to come - I am still waiting after 11 days, which was the maximum time given after you order.

I bought some sports slippers from them and Other than coming a week late they are great. Was a bit worried because of all the bad reviews but I shouldn’t have been as exactly what was said I. The tin- so to speak.

Ware wie vereinbart erhalten. Leider hat die Ware nicht gepasst und sollte retourniert werden. Auf Anfrage per Mail keine Reaktion. Handynummer, die im Impressum veröffentlicht ist, nicht vergeben.
Die Ware wurde von uns dann eigenmächtig an die Firma geschickt und kam zurück, weil Firma nicht bekannt.
Der Versender K&K hat auch schon zahlreiche schlechte Bewertungen, dass wir von weiteren vergeblichen Rücksendeversuchen absehen und die Ware selbst entsorgen. Ich werde definitiv nie wieder dort bestellen.

Should have know better.

As others have stated, the website gives the impression that it is a UK based business. IT IS NOT. I never, ever order from China because of the lead times - and sure enough, the items took for ever, despite a suggestion of 2-3 day delivery. It was more like 3 weeks. I'd even been in touch with Paypal - but the items arrived a couple of days later. Quality was OK - but I would never use this company again.

All the merchandise is shipped from China - it's a front company. So don't expect your items any time soon

Die Seite ist betrügerisch. Der unbekannte, in China sitzende Verkäufer gibt vor, ein in Norddeutschland sitzendes Unternehmen zu sein. An der Adresse wohnt eine Dame, die nichts mit dem Unternehmen zu tun hat und von ihm noch nie gehört hat. Sie hat aber schon von Verkäufern mit anderen Namen Rücksendungen erhalten und sich schon gewundert. Die auf der Website angegebene Telefonnummer ist nicht vergeben. Bei Widerruf der Bestellung erhält man per E-Mail ein Formular, auf dem als Rücksendeadresse eine in den USA liegende Anschrift angegeben ist, ohne Firmennamen (Das Formular wird wohl für verschiedene vorgegebene Verkäufernamen verwendet.), die tatsächlich nicht existiert (nicht existierende Hausnummer 11000 auf der "High Street" eines kleineren Ortes). Der Betrug funktioniert so: Die Ware wird versendet. PayPal bucht ab. Das Fernabsatzwiderrufsrecht kann nicht ausgeübt werden. Paypal bucht nicht zurück, weil die Ware ja versendet wurde. Einen Vertragspartner im Gewährleistungsfall bei Mängeln gibt es auch nicht.

Ein Stern ist schon zuviel. Ich habe die Ware nie erhalten und das Geld auch nicht zurück erhalten. Die Ware kam lt. Sendemitteilung aus China, was bei Bestellung nicht ersichtlich war. Auf Mails erfolgt keine Reaktion. Abzocke!!!

Billige Chinaware. Kein Antwort auf Retourenanfrage. Habe Strafanzeige gestellt!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a product, and immediately after receiving I realised it was of poor quality and got in touch with the company to arrange a refund. I emailed them, and contacted them via their contact us page on the website and tried calling the number on the website and received no response. Disgusting company, terrible customer service. Do not buy from them!
