I've ordered a Gym Grip Pads Fitness Griffpolster Handflächenschutz für Krafttraining in size L. The confirmation email stated size S. The direct following canceling of that order after 10 min was ignored. If you choose any size in the order process, it changes automatically to size S. To my confirmed cancel of the order happened exactly nothing. I was charged for the wrong size and it was delivered. Fraud and no customer service at all.
Not recommended at all!!!!

Schlechter Kundenservice, die Rücksendung zeigt dich als schwierig bis unmöglich. Nach mehrmaligem anschreiben bekommt man keine Antwort.

Unbelievably poor quality sandles undoubtedly packaged by someone who didn't care. No documents for returning the goods to be found. Please avoid at all costs, website seems to be UK based but isn't.

Und sieht die Webseite noch so professionel aus - wenn das Impressum nicht stimmt, bin ich generell raus und bestelle garantiert nichts.
In diesem Fall fehlt dort der Name. Also gab ich den Shop gleich mal hier bei Trustpilot ein und siehe da: mein Misstrauen ist voll und ganz betätigt worden.
Gibt es eigentlich eine Möglichkeit, diese Leute zur Rechenschaft zu ziehen...?
Übrigens, ein Impressum läßt sich innerhalb kürzester Zeit ändern.

Dreadful company do not buy from them. They do not respond to requests for refunds. My parcel arrived without any paperwork, I did not receive a confirmation of purchase and branding labels on the article are not fittergear labels so it took me a while to work out who it was even bought from!

Customer service almost doesn't exist, rude reply and persistent ignorance of my claims. Returns are impossible . Chinese scam .

Achtung- lange Lieferzeit, keine Kommunikation möglich.
Retouren werden nicht bearbeitet.

I ordered 2 pairs of cycling shorts that never turned up .They sent me a picture of them delivered which was not my house so I sent them a picture of my house to prove this. I also looked down the road to see if anyone else’s porch looked like this but it didn’t.
Do not trust this company as they just took my money and I did not receive a refund or product!!

I was very worried having placed my order before reading these reviews however my experience was a positive one.
The order arrived and sadly the fit was poor. The chest was a good fit, but the stomach was very very tight. It would be fine if I were in athletic condition but alas this is not the case. My stomach was too big as there really is no room for in the items for a slightly larger man like me.
My concern now was that I would be out of pocket however I raised my request to return the items for a refund and received a response within 24 hours. I have now received my refund from the company and want to say that they were very prompt to respond. Please be aware that the items are sent from China so there is a wait in receiving the order of just over a week. That being said, the prices for the items were much cheaper than elsewhere which I guess is why. Anyway, just wanted to say that I had a good experience with their customer service.

Poor quality and item did not fit. Slow to respond they and seem unwilling to provide details for returns/refund.

Extrem lange Lieferzeit. In der Mail steht man könne direkt auf diese Mail antworten um den aktuellen Stand zu erfahren oder Fragen zu stellen. Nachdem ich das tat erhielt ich die Rückmeldung das diese Email Adresse nicht existiert. Ich wart seit dem 08.05. nach wie vor auf mein Paket.
Hätte vorher wohl besser aufpassen müssen.

No refund despite being told it was already made. Lies after lies from the untrustworthy Chinese company. Do not use them, do not trust them and do not ever buy anything from them. Horrible experience
Update : I asked PayPal to help obtain the refund and the Chinese have asked again what was wrong with the item I purchased. I had already gone through this twice before with their staff members yet they continue to delay.
Update 25 May: After many attempts, I actually received a partial refund (£6 less than I paid) but I could keep the footwear if I closed the PayPal case, which I did. Still easier to get an abused child from Social Services though.

sicher Betrüger, Telefonnr. funktioniert nicht. Ware nur zur Hälfte gesendet. Keine Kommunikation über Homepage / Kontaktformular. Geld ist verloren.

My Christmas present Slippers FELL TO BITS after 1 month of wear. No response from the company when I sought to get a refund for SHODDY GOODS via multiple channels. AVOID

Doesn’t even warrant 1 star - my items never arrived but they declined a refund without giving me an explanation stating they would sort it out- DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Lieferung hat zu lange ohne Bescheid gedauert, ich habe storniert und einen Tag später kam der Artikel. Da ich inzwischen innerhalb von 3 Tagen die Ware von Amazon bekommen habe, wollte ich zurück schicken. Das Angebot von fittergier, behalte es und wir erstatten 70%. Habe eingewilligt, aber nie Geld gesehen. Zu PayPal hat man gesagt, die Ware ist geliefert und fertig. Tolle Verkaufstechnik, aber so ist das mit China Händler.

Wish I'd read the reviews here first before buying. The product was not suitable for me and I've attempted to return. Absolute silence. Nothing! Avoid like the plague.

I didn't realise the goods were coming from China so the lead times were longer than expected. The slippers are too small but there is no process to return the items other than a mobile number that goes to voice mail or an email address that does not respond. You could get lucky with your order but if anything goes wrong you are stuffed !

This company is a scam. They use a false house address on their website, and the phone number is dead. I bought a pair of cycling shorts for my husband but they were nothing like the correct size when they arrived. It said to email for a return which I did twice , and eventually got a useless reply. I sent the shorts to the address on the website and asked for a refund. I received an email from the householder at the address on the website who explained that they were nothing to do with Fittergear and had received several returns for this company with whom they had no connection whatsoever. A total scam. I had seen Fittergear on Amazon which is why I chose to go on their website.

This companys address is a private house I know the family and they have nothing to do with this company . It is all a HUGE SCAM ...... DONT BUY FROM THEM
